1000-lb Sisters: Chris Combs Worries for Tammy Slaton’s Life
Chris Combs shows concern for his little sister Tammy Slaton when Season 3 comes to a shocking end. Many were happy to see that Tammy finally decided to get help for her food addiction and go to rehab.
Sadly, on her way to rehab, she started to exhibit breathing problems. Thankfully, Chris got it under control and got her safely to the rehab facility. But things took a turn when she was settled in there.
The siblings all talk about how hard it was to get the news that Tammy stopped breathing and was transported to the hospital. The 1000-lb Sisters celeb was suffering from carbon dioxide poisoning and doctors put her in a medically induced coma.
Her sister, Amanda Halterman, explains that she was heartbroken and says she almost had to plan Tammy’s funeral. However, after four days, Tammy woke up and was able to begin recovery. She went back to rehab to continue her journey. What does recovery look like for her?

After her scare at the hospital, Chris says that she’s lost 115 pounds. And TLC Twitter says both she and Amy Slaton came a long way. And he’s still asking for prayers for his little sister from 1000-lb Sisters fans.

He says, “Tammy is recovering very well. She’s having great success right now. But please still keep her in your prayers because we need everything we can get.”
He then thanks “the man upstairs” and the fans for their continued support. However, her recent pictures may be proving more than her brother is saying.

You can see her face is smaller, and her eyes and nose are more clearly defined. Now, followers hope that the star is doing just what she set out to do in the last episode of Season 3.
Her last words were prophetic. She said, “This is the last time you will see me at this size. Bye, B***hes.” It looks like she was right since her weight’s dropping.
