1000-lb Sisters season three information has been leaked, as Tammy Slaton and Chris Combs are all spotted filming together. However, the location of where they’re caught filming is leaving many fans nervous and excited.
1000-lb Sisters: Chris Combs Fights with Tammy Slaton
Chris Combs from 1000-lb Sisters took over Amy Slaton’s role in Tammy Slaton’s weight loss journey. Instead of Amy Slaton being the one who made sure Tammy made it to all of her doctor’s appointments and making sure she eats healthy, Chris says he wants to be the person who does this. That’s because Chris says he wants to lose weight and get healthy too.
So, Chris Combs from 1000-lb Sisters says he’s going to work with Tammy Slaton to make sure she’s on the right track. He tells her sister he realizes Amy didn’t stay on top of all of what Tammy needed to slim down. But, he says he isn’t going to play any games with Tammy and he’s prepared to call her out when he needs to.
Yet, tensions rise between Tammy Slaton and Chris Combs from 1000-lb Sisters as Chris starts to shed down on the pounds. Instead of Tammy also getting slim with Chris, she puts on a lot of weight. He gets frustrated with his family member, as he believes she isn’t taking her health seriously.
TLC Star Struggle to Find a Doctor
For 1000-lb Sisters season three, Tammy Slaton and Chris Combs are spotted outside of Georgetown Bariatrics & Advanced Surgical Services. This is located in Georgetown, Kentucky.
This location is where Dr. Eric Smith, who was seen in season two of 1000-lb Sisters works. After not losing enough weight, Dr. Procter from season one and season two transfers Tammy to start seeing Dr. Smith. This is because Dr. Smith’s closer to where she lives. Dr. Procter works at the Bariatric Surgery Center in Atlanta Georgia. By referring his patient to Dr. Smith, this new medical professional’s able to keep up with weigh-ins on Tammy.
1000-lb Sisters: Chris Combs in For Better Health Too
But, Dr. Eric Smith isn’t just working with Tammy Slaton. Instead, he also says he’ll help Chris Combs get approved for surgery if he’s willing to put the work in on it. This is why Chris states he wants to start working on losing weight, so he can get approved for gastric bypass surgery.
At the end of season two of 1000-lb Sisters, Chris Combs loses enough pounds to get qualified for his operation. He’s nervous about telling his sister, because he doesn’t want his sister to get upset. Yet, after revealing the news about his success to his sister, Tammy does get upset. The last episode of the show ends with Chris slamming the door and walking out of the house, angry with his sister.
Family Member Speaks Up About Assisted Living Facility
After Chris Combs from 1000-lb Sisters receives his approval, Tammy reveals she’s ready to get help. She says to her TLC fans that she’s going to start looking around for a facility in Kentucky that’s going to help her with her eating habits. Previously, Amy Slaton, Tammy’s sister, says Tammy’s lived in an assisted living facility before.
Amy Slaton says other people in their family have tried to take on the responsibility of caring for Tammy before. But, she says the other people don’t like caring for Tammy because of how much she is to handle. So, after her sister gets out of the hospital after nearly dying from pneumonia the first time, she brings Tammy to live with her. But, she does say Tammy’s only been able to lose weight in the past with the help of a living facility.
