‘Sister Wives’: Kody Brown Still Spends Nights with Meri Brown?
Sister Wives star Kody Brown and his first wife Meri Brown‘s 30-year marriage has been bumpy, to say the least. In fact, both have admitted their marriage is pretty much over. Although Meri Brown is hanging on to hope that her shared husband will once again find his way back to her.
Last season on Sister Wives we watched as Kody expressed regret for even marrying Meri Brown. However, is there more to Kody Brown and Meri Brown’s marriage?
Sister Wives: Is Meri Brown Still On Kody’s Bedroom Rotation?
Sister Wives shared husband Kody Brown seems to favor one wife over the others. In fact, SW fans suspect that the only wife he’s in a real marriage with is his legal wife Robyn Brown. However, it also appears that Christine Brown still works hard to keep her husband in her bed. But no one ever thought Meri Brown was still on Kody’s radar.
Not one but two incidents that slipped to Sister Wives fans on social media shed a different light into how the husband of four spends his nights. Last week, we saw Kody Brown disrupt one of Meri Brown’s selling events with an urgent request. Then less than a week later another slip occurred in a similar event held by Christine.
Christine’s Daughter Ysabel Sheds Light
Sister Wives’ Ysabel Brown was unfiltered and nearly uncensored in a recent (and now-deleted) post on her mother’s social media. In an “oops she did it again” moment, Kody’s third wife Christine Brown unintentionally allowed the beans to be spilled. Lately, Christine’s social media posts are peppered with juicy reveals. However, his time it was her daughter Ysabel Brown that made the slip before Christine stopped her from saying much more. It’s pretty common for Christine’s daughters to help out during her sales events. However, it isn’t common for the girls to divulge juicy tidbits.
It’s been said, “children say the darndest things”. This seems to be the case with Sister Wives teenager Ysabel Brown. An innocent fan asked her about her scoliosis. She started to answer and then Christine said they couldn’t talk about it further as it’s an upcoming SW storyline. Soon thereafter the chatter turned to Kody’s whereabouts. Again Ysabel let it slide that Kody, in fact, spends time with the other wives. Ysabel said Kody was just at Meri Brown’s house and she thinks he was on his way to Janelle’s. But was this about family business or more?
Sister Wives: Kody & Meri Have Unfinished Business
Sister Wives alums Kody Brown and his spouse Meri Brown may not be cutting ties after all. Meri and Kody seem to have a lot of unfinished business besides their marriage. Of all Kody’s wives, Meri is the most successful and financially independent. Certainly, he admires her business savvy. After all, she’s climbed fast in the ranks of LLR to be one of their top sales consultants.
That business income generated enough for her to come up with a substantial down payment to buy her bed and breakfast, Lizzie’s Heritage Inn, without any help from Kody or the other Sister Wives. So, it makes sense that he might be starting a new business venture with his first wife. Those papers he so urgently demanded she sign last week are rumored to be paperwork required to start another lucrative business.
However, Kody is wise to partner up in business with Meri. She’s proven she’s got a dedicated fan base that trusts whatever she’s peddling. So, was the time Kody Brown spent with Meri Brown just about business and family money. Or, are they spending personal time together still working on their marriage? Wait and see.
