‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Is Stitch Totally Unhinged – Lies, Kidnapping & Abby Obsession?

Young and the Restless spoilers ask if Ben Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) has lost his mind and Stitch has been off his rocker since he came to Genoa City. He recently told Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) a big lie and now that casts doubt on every thing he’s said and done since he first popped up on Y&R. Let’s take a look and see if Ben’s lost it…

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Has Stitch Lost Touch With Reality?

It seems increasingly apparent that Ben Rayburn hasn’t told the truth since he arrived in town. Recall, Stitch said he came to attend a retirement party. But was that even true? Instead, Ben spent a lot of time with Abby. And he spent more time lurking outside the Chancellor mansion lurking outside and watching his ex-wife through the windows.

Recall in Young and the Restless recaps remind that Ben Rayburn was also spotted outside looking in at Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). That was just before Abby’s surrogate went missing. And there’s also the fact that Stitch told his ex that his son, Max Rayburn (Jared Breeze) won’t recover and is likely dying. That’s enough to push him over the edge.

Ben “accidentally” ran into Mariah at the park and he’d clearly done research on both Mariah and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). Plus, Stitch said he’s sticking around GC. Then, he got Abby to go apartment hunting with him on Young and the Restless. That’s all sort of stalkery. But then he outright lied about some huge things.

Stitch told Abby he’s the new Chief of Surgery. But Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is the one that got that job on Young and the Restless. So, it’s pretty clear that Ben Rayburn’s either lying. Or he’s unhinged, or just up to no good. Is this all part of some sinister plan? Plus, it sure seems like he’s targeted Mariah – and is also targeting Abby on Young and the Restless.

Did Ben Rayburn Kidnap Mariah on Y&R?

This week on Young and the Restless, we finally see more of Mariah Copeland. She’s definitely been kidnapped. And the only one that was getting creepy near her was Stitch Rayburn. Some Y&R theorists suggested his son Max snatched her but the kid is about 12 and sickly. So, that seems highly unlikely.

Instead, Ben is a much better candidate. Plus, there are many reasons on Young and the Restless that Stitch Rayburn might have snatched Abby’s surrogate. Current Y&R rumors wonder if Ben pulled a switcheroo. He could have replaced Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) sperm with his own.

Ben Rayburn might have been keeping tabs on Abby and found out about her surrogacy and tampered with it from the get-go on Young and the Restless. So, the baby Mariah is carrying could be Stitch and Abby’s biological child. He might just want a kid with Abby to replace the one they lost.

Or if Stitch wanted a baby with Abby, it might be about getting some stem cells to treat his son Max. The boy is deteriorating due to a brain injury. No matter what, it’s definite that Ben Rayburn is lying to Abby. Young and the Restless spoilers just wonder why. And for how long has he been lurking around GC. And it seems almost certain that Ben kidnapped Mariah.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Is Stitch Holding Mariah Held at Carlton Manor?

If Ben Rayburn’s been in town for a while, he might have been holed up somewhere out of sight. And now, the kidnapper holds Mariah in what looks like an older mansion, in a basement, with a dumbwaiter. Could this be Carlton Manor, the big old house that Abby inherited? It’s rarely used or seen, so it’s pretty much abandoned.

In fact, Stitch might have been hiding there for a while on Young and the Restless. With no one living there, it would have been a convenient place for Ben to lurk out of sight indefinitely. And Stitch Rayburn would have known about this from his time as Abby’s hubby. With its many rooms, Ben could have Max stashed there too so he can take care of his dying son.

Perhaps Ben Rayburn plans to deliver Mariah’s baby. Then, he could perform some twisted medical procedure to save or prolong Max’s life. There’s no telling where this plot’s going on Young and the Restless. For now, it remains to be seen if Stitch is the one holding her. Y&R shows only the room she’s in so far. But signs point to Ben Rayburn.

The location is perfect because Dr. Rayburn can check on Mariah daily. And he can still hang around Abby Newman as much as he wants on Young and the Restless. It sure seems like Stitch is unstable. And people should soon start to catch on. Especially now that the truth comes out about his Surgery Chief lie.
