‘Young and the Restless’: Top 5 Predictions – Adam Plots, Chance Caves, Victor Snaps
Young and the Restless next week’s predictions see Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) up to no good while Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) reconsiders. Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) snaps at two family members. Here are our top 5 predictions for Y&R on CBS this week.
#1 Adam Newman Just Won’t Stop on Young and the Restless
Y&R next week has Adam Newman going back to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). He’s pressing her to get info about the night Ashland Locke died. However, Sally won’t give Adam the time of day until he admits he lied and says he still loves her.
Soon, Adam Newman hires someone to get up to no good. We’re wondering if Adam gets hold of footage of the night Ash died that proves his dad covered up things. If so, then Adam might take it public to punish his family on Young and the Restless.
#2 Chance Chancellor Pushed to Drop Case – Will He Oblige on Y&R?
Next week, Chance Chancellor confronts Victor Newman with security footage showing one of his security goons driving Ash’s car. Chance has pretty solid proof that The Mustache was involved in cleaning up the death scene at his daughter’s house.
Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) pressures Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) to get hubby Chance Chancellor to drop the investigation. Will Chance wimp out under pressure? If so, it could bite Chance if Adam Newman gets hold of the video.
#3 Victor Newman Issues Ultimatum – Young and the Restless Prediction
After calling the family together this week on The Young and the Restless, Victor begins barking orders. He expects Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to quit griping about him cleaning up the mess. And he won’t be happy that his son told Sharon (Sharon Case).
He wants everyone to tow the family line and close ranks against Chance. While Vikki’s not happy with what her dad did, she knows why he did it. But Adam’s the real problem since he’s not feeling much family loyalty after he was cheated of the CEO job.
#4 Chelsea Lawson Creeps up on Johnny Abbott on Y&R
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) wants to spend time with the biological son she gave to Victoria and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to raise. She asked Billy about Johnny having a play date with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and got pushback.

Billy advised her to let him approach Vikki when the time is right on Young and the Restless. But Chelsea thinks now is the right time and cuts him off by going to see Johnny’s adoptive mom herself. She’ll push to be introduced as his birth mother. This gets messy.
#5 Phyllis Summers Poised to Lose Everything on Young and the Restless
Since when on Y&R has Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) exercised any self-control? She promised Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) that there would be no drama if they hired her to work at Marchetti. What a big, fat lie!
As soon as she signed on the dotted line, Red let her co-conspirators know she was poised to sabotage Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). But Phyllis isn’t known for subtlety, and you can bet she will screw up something royally on the job as she tries to unseat her rival.
Will Adam Newman expose his family and infuriate his father on Y&R? And will Chance Chancellor stand up to his father-in-law or cave and violate his ethics as a police officer in favor of not rocking the boat?
