‘Young and the Restless’: Chelsea & Chance Cross Lines in Frustration
Young and the Restless spoilers see Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and both are frustrated. Will these two cross lines on Y&R on CBS daytime?
Chelsea Lawson’s Frustrated & Lonely on The Young and the Restless
Chelsea Lawson is out of sorts lately and so is Chance Chancellor. First, she wanted her ex-husband back and then focused on Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). His death really hit her hard. And then she looked towards another attached man on Y&R.
That was her ex Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). She kissed him and got rejected and that sent her spinning too. Then, she wanted to run away with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), but his dad said no, and she can’t use their son as a life raft.
Now on Young and the Restless, she’s got no job, no guy, and no peace of mind. And that makes her dangerous. Chelsea clearly needs therapy but won’t get it. So, what will Chelsea Lawson do next, and does it involve another troubled GC resident?
Chance Chancellor Feels Sidelined on Y&R
Chance Chancellor’s life seems ideal. He’s got his gorgeous wife, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), and adorable Dom that just turned one. He lives in a mansion and has the job that he wants. So, he should be happy, right?
But Chance also feels at loose ends. He’s not really been totally alright since his near-death in Europe and losing his undercover team members. He left his wife sleeping and goes out roaming. He’s restless and can’t settle into his life.
Young and the Restless spoilers say that feeling of being unsettled is what leads him to Crimson Lights. And that’s where Chance runs into Chelsea. And this isn’t their first run-in on the CBS soap.
Chance & Chelsea Bond – Will it Go Further on Young and the Restless?
As Chance and Chelsea talk on the recent Y&R, she tells him how lonely she is and about her anxiety. As they chat, he’ll ignore a call from his wife. So, does that mean he’s that focused on the woman he’s with?
He comforts her and gets her calmed down then teaches her a way to maintain calm. Both seem to enjoy this time together. But when he gets home, Abby’s not happy he was gone and says something’s off between them.

Chance Chancellor says it’s fine but clearly, it’s not or he wouldn’t be out roaming around, spending time with Chelsea Lawson. Will the two keep this up? If so, it seems only a matter of time before they cross lines and really comfort each other…
