Unexpected mother Lilly Bennett got emotional over some devastating news about her baby, LJ. Not only did she feel emotional, but she said she would always let her man Lawrence Bishop know she’s always right.
Unexpected: Lilly Bennett Upset about Baby LJ
Before Lilly Bennett from Unexpected had Baby LJ, she and Lawrence were in a serious fight. Lawrence Bishop wanted the doctors to circumcise his son. Lilly, on the other hand, said that is a terrible thing to do to a child. She was serious about not letting her son have something so horrible done to him.
Unexpected mom Lilly Bennett said she and Lawrence were at each other’s throats. Lawrence Bishop said he wanted his son to get the work done, and he wouldn’t back down. Since Lilly Bennett didn’t want to fight anymore, she decided to give in and let the doctors do the circumcision on him. It wasn’t long after that when she said she was really upset that she gave in and did it.
They took their young son to have one of his check-ups, and the news they gave wasn’t good. Unexpected star Lilly said the doctors told her that they didn’t get all of the skin they should have. This would cause some serious problems for their little guy, and he might have to have the procedure all over again.
Lilly Rubs It In Lawrence Bishop’s Face
Lawrence said he really wanted the doctors to do the procedure – until he saw the doctors do it. He said it was absolutely as horrible as Lilly Bennett said it would be. Now that they know it didn’t go off without a hitch and there were major problems, it seems like he wished he didn’t push Lilly to do it.
Lilly Bennett from Unexpected said that he should have listened to her. Lawrence said he would never be able to win an argument again, and the other men on the TLC show agreed with him. Fans said he should just give up because this was a losing battle.
Despite this, Lawrence is doing an amazing job at being a father. Lilly’s mom said he is so protective over LJ that she doesn’t have to worry at all. She said she could sit back and be the crazy grandma instead of thinking about whether or not the baby would be okay. She said Lilly Bennett is doing much better this time around now that she has more experience.
Unexpected: Parenting Two Little Ones
Lilly’s mom said Lilly is doing a great job parenting both her children. Lawrence stepped right in with Lilly’s daughter Aaliyah Kennedy and then when LJ came, he stepped even higher. Fans of Unexpected said Lawrence Bishop is hilarious and one of the coolest fathers.
Unexpected dad Lawrence said he didn’t know how Lilly came to be pregnant. Fans said he should really figure out how things work before he starts doing things with girls. Lawrence explained that he thought Lilly Bennett was on the pill and that she’d already had her cycle. Whatever happened, they’re dealing with two kids now, which comes with its own special challenges. This is especially true since Lawrence doesn’t like Aaliyah’s dad.
Lilly’s stepdad had some talks with Lawrence Bishop about how it was to be a stepparent. He said that he had to treat Aaliyah the same as he treats LJ. And Lawrence said he knows he needs to treat them the same. He worried that Aaliyah Kennedy would be a little rough with LJ. Instead of being rough, Aaliyah is very nice and says baby LJ is her best friend.
