‘Sister Wives’: Janelle Brown Not Licking Her Wounds – Instead She Cozies Up
Sister Wives star Janelle Brown should have been one wounded lady after the way her husband of decades talked to her on the TLC series this season. But in real-time today, she found something better.
She’s not sitting at home licking her wounds. She’s not pondering what could have been if Kody Brown was the husband he promised to be. She seems just fine.
Sister Wives: Janelle Brown Lights Up Her World – Early
One of the latest posts from Janelle Brown shows that she’s become one of those people you see in your neighborhood each year. The ones that decorate really early for the holidays.
The mom of six shared a photo of her tree. It’s all decked out with decorations that she put up over the weekend.
So, this Sister Wives’ mom doesn’t need the fanfare of Kody and the other wives gathering to have fun. She seems quite content doing it all on her own, as seen in her post below.
She says she’s not usually the person who decorates so early. But because she did, she’s feeling cozy and wonderful.
Janelle Brown is on her own these days, according to what Gwendlyn Brown said. Gwen let this slip during a recent question-and-answer clip with some of the Sister Wives fans.
Gwen is the daughter of Christine Brown. Christine is also a wife who’s not with Kody anymore. Gwen said Janelle is not one of the two wives her Sister Wives dad has left these days.
When a fan asked if Kody was down to only Robyn Brown and Meri Brown, she said yes. So, while that’s not an official announcement, it is coming from someone inside the family.
Janelle Keeps Quiet
If Janelle has left Kody, her official announcement won’t likely pop up any time soon. It probably won’t find its way to the Sister Wives public until the time is right.
The season is still rolling out episodes. Plus, with the rumors of Season 18 a possibility, it could be a while before she confirms this. TLC seems big on their non-disclose contracts.
They want to save up all the drama for the show. So, much like Christine, if Janelle went through the motions of splitting with Kody, you could have a bit of a wait to hear it from her. Fans will likely be officially notified when they stop filming what they’ve contracted for so far.
Fans saw enough this Sister Wives season so far to surmise Janelle won’t take what her shared husband is dishing out much longer.
She stands her ground with Kody, even walking out when he gets his mouth going at rapid speed. He spewed insulting things with the cameras rolling. She even used the “F” word as part of her goodbye to Kody when she abruptly left a scene as he hammered on about how slighted he felt.
Sister Wives: No Surprise if She Jumped Ship
Sister Wives fans saw Kody as crude and rude as he talked to Janelle on screen this season. Much like what he did to Meri, as well as Christine. This guy dismissed his marriage to Janelle as something other than a husband-wife relationship.
All of a sudden, he declares that he’s never been in love with Meri, Christine, or Janelle Brown. But they were all part of his spiritual journey with roots in his religion. But this guy has 18 kids. With 13 of them having been born to moms other than Robyn.

Fans thought that was just awful for Kody to say such things when this easily can get back to his children. With that said, three of his wives must have wounds, maybe some deeper than others. Kody Brown critiquing their marriages was harsh.
But it looks like Janelle Brown is one wife who doesn’t waste time nursing those wounds. Instead, she seems to enjoy decorating her surroundings.
She also finds comfort in the joyful things that life has to offer, like that Christmas tree above. So, it looks like this wife knows how to depend on herself.
