Sister Wives: Christine Brown Describes ‘Gritty’ Scenes for New Season
Sister Wives celeb Christine Brown seems like a fountain of information at times as she shares more than she probably meant to with her fans. In a few of her latest fan videos, Christine offers up several things of interest. But one, in particular, involves not only her but Kody Brown and his other three wives as well.

Remember those sayings your grandmother would pass along like he is “the salt of the earth,” or she “couldn’t hurt a fly?” Well, she probably had someone like Christine Brown in mind when saying this.
From fans’ reports, the third wife of the Sister Wives clan is someone many would love as a friend. But from the most recent season of the TLC show, it looked as if Christine’s friendly demeanor turned sour. Her attitude seemed fueled by emotional pain toward her shared husband, Kody Brown.
Today Christine refers to last season as “gritty.” This might have to do with the Kody Brown friction that had Christine Brown in tears. So, maybe their issues haven’t been settled yet. Or there may be some angst among the co-wives. But as the new season for the Sister Wives films, Christine hints at some gritty scenes coming the viewers’ way as well.
Christine and Kody Cut From The Same Cloth – They Share Insights
In between Christine Brown wishing Sister Wives fans happy birthday, happy anniversary, and baby congratulations, she shares some personal stuff. Not only about her but about other members of her family as well.
Kody Brown seems to have the same type of problem as his third wife. Once he gets going, all kinds of stuff spew out. Fans waited with bated breath for the announcement of a new Sister Wives season. That came when he blurted it out to one of his fans when giving marriage advice.

When this new season, which won’t debut until November, ends, fans won’t need to wait and see if another season is on the way. That’s because Kody Brown already described how this new season is in the works and yet another one after that.
Then there’s Christine, who also rambles on like her shared hubby. She often spills something personal when chatting up her fans.
When she recently talked to a fan who is expecting a baby, Christine said how she loved being pregnant. This mother of six also said how in her 40s hormones did a number on her. But one of the more interesting tidbits learned was that Christine is almost an empty nester today.
She shared with her fans that the only kid she has left at home with her now is Truely Brown. Speaking of Truely, she spoke in a couple of Christine’s videos. This 11-year-old had some insights of her own. When she heard her mother wish someone a happy 26th birthday she chimed in.
Truely shared how she always thought of the age of 26 as a milestone. She seemed to think that this is the age when your life is half over… ouch. Christine Brown, who turns 50 next year just smiled and kept going. She didn’t miss a beat in between her words.
Sister Wives -Happily Babbles Gratitude
One thing that seemed to impress Christine Brown is the many die-hard Sister Wives fans out there. Many people she spoke to on the videos conveyed that they’ve watched the show since the beginning. She appeared genuinely thankful over that.
She also suggested how the long-time viewers probably recognized just how tough things got during the last season. Then she suggested there’s more of that gritty stuff to come. The video below offers a little reminder of how slighted Christine Brown felt when it came to Kody sharing his time.
One of Christine’s reoccurring themes in her fan chats has to do with the family living in fear at one time. She said how she grew up fearing the outside world because of their lifestyle. Then their older kids had some of the same fears for a good part of their childhood.
They couldn’t tell their friends and needed to keep their polygamy way of life a secret. So when first doing the show, this mom worried. But she credits it’s the viewers who watch season after season, for fixing that. There’s no more fear-based living for the Sister Wives family. And for this, Christine is very thankful.
