‘Seeking Sister Wife’: Is Vanessa, Kaleh And Jarod Clark’s Relationship Doomed?
Seeking Sister Wife throws fans right into the drama on the second episode. This week Ashley and Dimitri Snowden pick up potential sister wife Christeline at the airport after five months of courting. Vanessa and Jarod Clark discuss how to address the growing tension with Kaleh Clark. Dannielle and Garrick Merrifield get their divorce finalized and Tosha Jones sits down with her estranged mother.
Seeking Sister Wife: Did The Snowden’s Find Their Perfect Match?
Christeline is finally here on Seeking Sister Wife. Ashley Snowden and Dimitri Snowden’s potential sister wife is finally in LA after five months. She left South Africa for the first time to meet the family.
Another first for Christeline is polygamy. The mother of two girls is testing the waters for her first plural relationship. Christeline says she values family and love, as do Dimitri and Ashley.
There was some concern for a lack of sparks but that proved to be unfounded. Dimitri drives the family home from the airport to get settled in to see if that spark can last.
Over the course of the five day trip, Christeline will stay in her own room and there will be no intimacy. Ashley Snowden and Dimitri Snowden have some hesitations. Not only is this Christeline’s first polygamous relationship but her family doesn’t know the real reason for her trip. Christeline tells Seeking Sister Wife cameras that she is cautious after some bad relationships. She is looking at Ashley and Dimitri to see if they also value respect, good communication and the way they treat their children. Ashley and Dimitri are hopeful but, they also don’t want the criticism from friends and family again after their failed marriage with Vanessa Cobb.
During her first full day, Ashley Snowden asks Christeline if she cooks. Christeline tells Ashley no, she doesn’t like to cook much but, she loves to clean and do laundry. This works out perfectly as Ashley dreads those chores. Dimitri Snowden mentions that he appreciates that she is assessing them as much as they are her. At the end of the Seeking Sister Wife episode, viewers also find out that Christeline is not the only potential sister wife. Will there be room for four?
Is Kaleh Done Being A Clark?
Vanessa Clark, Jarod Clark and Kaleh Clark are still unpacking their new home. The Seeking Sister Wife audience finds out that Kaleh is only there to help. A month before the move, something happened that set Kaleh Clark off and caused her to pack up her things and move out. Vanessa and Jarod explain that the two of them hold full time jobs and Kaleh is in charge of the house. After work one day, Vanessa mentioned to Kaleh that the microwave wasn’t cleaned. This had been the straw that broke the camels back for Kaleh Clark. Jarod and Vanessa discuss how to make things better and move forward.
The Clark family wants to move forward but first, Vanessa Clark and Jarod Clark need to speak with Kaleh Clark about the deeper rooted issues. Jarod leaves the two women to unpack while he heads out to work. While unpacking, Vanessa apologizes to Kaleh about the microwave comment. However, she also brings up that there had to be underlying issues as well. Kaleh opens up on Seeking Sister Wife and expresses that she feels she has nothing to offer and was putting her personal goals aside.
Kaleh Clark tells Seeking Sister Wife that after she moved out, she got two jobs and began to feel more confident. She now feels she has more to offer and knows that the Clark family needs her and wants her. Vanessa Clark tells her that when she left, it was hard on everyone. The family leaned on her more than everyone realized. Kaleh apologizes for the pain she caused. When that time comes, Kaleh Clark wants to be sure she wouldn’t leave again.
Seeking Sister Wife: Dannielle & Garrick Merrifield Get Divorced – Tosha Jones Tells Her Mother Everything
Last week, Garrick Merrifield told Seeking Sister Wife that he no longer speaks to his family. However, Dannielle Merrifield is still very close with hers. Dannielle’s parents, Luanne and Scott stop by to see their daughter. They ask Dannielle how she is feeling about the impending divorce. She says she’s getting more used to the idea. While Dannielle Merrifield’s parents have started to accept it, they still find it difficult. They have seen the ups and downs before this in Garrick and Dannielle Merrifield’s marriage.
The day comes when Garrick Merrifield and Dannielle Merrifield are having their divorce finalized. Seeking Sister Wife follows the couple into the court room where the judge asks if their marriage is “irretrievably broken.” Dannielle tears up and Garrick has trouble speaking. The whole process was very bittersweet. Later, Garrick and Dannielle celebrate her brother’s birthday. Dannielle’s family asks what happens if the fiancee visa is denied. Garrick Merrifield says that if it comes down to it, they will move to a different country to be with Roberta. Garrick and Dannielle assure them it would be “God forcing us to do something outside our comfort zone.” Dannielle’s family is not so sure.
Tosha Jones has a difficult relationship with her mother, Teresa. Seeking Sister Wife catches her on the way to Teresa’s house to tell her everything. Tosha tells the audience her sister and aunt already question her. When she arrives at Teresa’s house, she finds out her mother already knows everything. Tosha fills her in what she doesn’t understand and assures her mother she’s not in a cult. In the end, Tosha hopes to keep working on her relationship with Teresa.
