Another flex was the boots Chris Williams wore in his photo. When asked, “Are those Docs [Doc Martens]?”, he said they weren’t. They’re much spendier Ferragamo footwear. A pair of these boots cost $750 to a few thousand dollars.
Married at First Sight fans aren’t as upset with him as they were when he was on MAFS. He apologized to his ex-wife, Paige Banks, and other members of the cast. He said he knew his behavior was wrong. Since then, viewers softened on him.
Paige didn’t address him publicly, and fans don’t think they will ever be friends. In fact, she even changed her phone number so he couldn’t dial her. Despite these setbacks, Chris’s lifestyle is shaping up to be what he wanted it to be.
Married at First Sight: Leaving Drama in the Past
After Chris apologized, he said he wanted to leave the drama in the past. Not only from MAFS but drama from his ex, Mercedes Myrick. Both he and Mercedes went back and forth with each other in public, but they didn’t want to do that anymore.
Some fans cheered his personal growth. After he admitted he had mental health issues, even some of his harsher critics cut him a break. It was obvious he struggled when defending himself against haters.
Chris Williams decided he wouldn’t react to negativity and would focus on his life. Viewers said they hoped he’d be successful at this. Some fans think he might have cracked the code because of his new photos in a fancy jet with designer boots.
