General Hospital Comings and Goings: Cody Bell Ruffles Feathers
Recently, on GH, Josh Kelly’s new character Cody Bell dropped into Port Charles (literally). Now, we know he’s a childhood friend of Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
And it looks like Cody used to get Dante into a bit of trouble back in the day. General Hospital spoilers promise that Cody’s presence soon causes problems for Dante.
This summer, the detective’s romance with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) faces a test because of Cody. In addition, Cody impacts Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) life.
In fact, he already has. Currently, Britt is not too happy with Cody for knocking her into the Metro Court Pool. And she plans to make him pay.
But, General Hospital spoilers tell us there is a lot of romance in store for Britt and newcomer Cody Bell. No doubt, they are sure to be a fun pairing.
If he looks familiar, he should. Not only was he One Life to Live but also starred in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
Cast Update: Brando Corbin Recast Ahead
General Hospital casting updates confirm Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will look different soon. Johnny was unable to film for a short while. So, Brad Schmidt soon steps in for a few episodes.
Brad is known for his time on the soaps As the World Turns and Guiding Light. Also, he’s had roles in House of Lies and Yellowstone and several other films and shows. But Jonny should return to the part of Brando shortly.

Also, Chet Driscoll just exited because his portrayer Chris Van Etten moved out of LA with his family. Plus, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will be back soon to make things harder on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
And Cyrus might strike up a surprise partnership to take the kingpin down on General Hospital. Also, Maurice Benard’s real-life son Joshua Benard returned as Adam for another episode with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). And the teen made amends with Joss before exiting the soap again.

GH casting updates promise Chad is now back in his role of Michael Corinthos this week. The actor was off-screen for a while due to Covid. Young and the Restless alum Robert Adamson stepped in and won fans over right away. But Chad is doing great and is already filming again.
