A fan on her video-sharing platform asks Tammy why she isn’t wearing a mask properly. Instead of having the face-covering over her mouth and nose, she has it hanging around her chin. The fan says she thinks that Tammy is wearing the mask in an attempt to hide the weight gain or weight loss.
However, Tammy denies this and even chuckles at the comment from the 1000-lb Sisters fan. Instead, Tammy says the reason why she’s wearing the mask it’s to keep herself protected from COVID-19. Chris from 1000-lb Sisters walks behind Tammy as he pushes her in a wheelchair. Closely following behind Chris and Tammy was Chris’s wife, Brittany Combs. Also, the person who snaps the pic of Tammy and Chris says that she got very excited. However, she says the TLC producers quickly tried to get her to be quiet and not to draw too much attention to the scene.

During her time on 1000-lb Sisters, Tammy Slaton focuses a lot on maintaining a relationship with Jerry Sykes. But, throughout his time in season 2, he hints that he isn’t fully in the relationship. Jerry says he isn’t ready to take care of Tammy, because of how much work it requires.
