News broke last week that 1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton was engaged to be married. Fans find the news somewhat surprising because they were under the impression she remained in an Ohio rehab facility recovering from weight loss surgery.

However, those following Slaton throughout her journey know she is a hopeless romantic. She wants to be in a long, committed, loving relationship with the man of her dreams.

1000-Lb Sisters: No Marriage License Filed? Is Wedding Not Happening?

The 1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham have reportedly applied for their marriage license. According to The Sun, they’ll be married this Saturday, but so far, there is no marriage application filed in the county where Tammy and Caleb currently reside at the bariatric rehab.

Soap Dirt contacted the probate office in the county where Windsor Health Care is located and they stated “there is no marriage application” on file for this couple.

The source also allegedly stated that the couple plans a tentative private ceremony for November 19. However, at this time, there is no official confirmation.

Some of Slaton and Caleb’s close friends will be attending the ceremony. However, per Slatton’s informant, her sister Amy Slaton will not attend the wedding.

The source reportedly tells one news publication that none of Tammy’s family will be in attendance.

The informant allegedly says the family members are unwilling to travel the 436 miles from Dixon, Kentucky, to Gibsonburg, Ohio’s Windsor Lane Healthcare and Rehabilitation.

Tammy & Caleb to Spend Honeymoon in Rehab?

The 1000-Lb Sisters star and her husband will spend their first weeks as husband and wife in rehab. Tammy is reportedly currently recovering from her bariatric weight loss surgery. The surgery reportedly took place at the end of summer, and Slaton sources claim things are going well.

They also reveal she expects to make her exit from the Ohio rehab by the end of the year, pending no unforeseen complications arise.

As for her fiancé Caleb, his projected release date is unknown now. However, once the newlyweds get the green light, they will reportedly return to her Kentucky apartment.

In the past few months, Tammy Slaton has been active on social media. She sometimes responds to fan questions.

One popular question is always about the fate of TLC’s 1000-Lb Sisters. Tammy says that filming for Season 4 is currently underway.

She also says she is not sure when the show will be making its return. Even though she confirms that filming is underway, she could not share further details due to her contract. However, TLC has yet to release any news regarding Season 4.
