‘1000-lb Sisters’: Tammy Slaton Smoking After Getting Off Oxygen
1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton filmed herself smoking. As she lets out a large puff of smoke, she lip-synchs over a audio in her video. Many of her fans are very upset about this update because she’s smoking right after announcing that she’s not using her oxygen as frequently.
1000-lb Sisters: Tammy Slaton Spoils New Season for Some Fans
Recently, in Union County, Kentucky, there was a local fair held. Tammy Slaton and Amy Slaton announced that they’re attending this event, but tried to keep the information on the down-low.
Many local 1000-lb Sisters fans showed up at the event to meet Amy and Tammy. But, TLC made all of the people who met the sisters sign a contract. One person reported that the contract states that fans are unable to share pictures they took of Amy and Tammy online. Instead, they’re going to have to wait until the beginning of Season 3 to share what they captured on the camera.
But, one 1000-lb Sisters supporter talked about how a bunch of people watched Tammy walk. Then, they described how everyone in the crowd cheered for the progress Tammy made.

Huge Health Milestone
Recently, 1000-lb Sisters personality Tammy Slaton shared some big news with her supporters. She says she isn’t using oxygen as much as she once was. So, she’s able to spend some of her time without using the oxygen tank.
This huge news comes after Tammy struggled during Season 2 of 1000-lb Sisters for her life. After getting sick with COVID-19, Tammy became completely dependent on her tank to breathe. But, she admits she likely needed an oxygen tube long before she got sick.
1000-lb Sisters: Smoking Seems to be New Hobby for Tammy
However, the joy that the fans of 1000-lb Sisters felt for Tammy doesn’t last long. Now, many people are upset because of a new clip of Tammy. In this, she mouths the words to audio that says she can either die or smoke marijuana. Then, she waits a few seconds and blows out a huge puff of smoke.
One person begs her, saying “Tammy, you’re on oxygen, please.” Another person says “you want to die” in a comment to Tammy on her social media. However, she doesn’t respond to any of the people who are voicing their concerns about her smoking.
TLC Star Gets Bold Online
After bragging about some of the more recent successes she’s had, Tammy Slaton from 1000-lb Sisters gets on her camera. She makes a video of herself dancing around to a popular song. Yet, this angle is a lot different from the other clips she makes of herself.
Instead of Tammy filming from above her head, she’s got her camera angled right at her stomach. When some people ask her why she looks like she’s gained more weight, Tammy blames the position of the camera.
1000-lb Sisters: New Relationship for Tammy
Also, Tammy Slaton announced she’s in a new relationship. In Season 2 of 1000-lb Sisters, she was dating Jerry Sykes. But, she announced she and Jerry took a break from one another at the end of season two.
Now, Tammy’s moved on to a new man. His name is Phillip Redmon and he works as a puppy breeder. He says he only wants to date a woman if she weighs over 300 pounds.
Supporters Blame Boyfriend for New Habit
After Tammy’s come out about her new relationship, many 1000-lb Sisters fans are blaming Phillip for her smoking. However, Phillip’s come out in the public before and stated that he doesn’t use marijuana. But, this isn’t enough to convince some fans that she didn’t start this new habit up after developing her relationship with Phillip. Hopefully Tammy won’t need to increase her oxygen use anytime soon.
