Tammy Slaton’s Husband Makes ‘1000-lb Sisters’ Debut – Caleb Willingham Spotted?

1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton had a non-legal ceremony with Caleb Willingham late last year and they finally made it legal in January 2023. And now, it looks like her husband might have popped up in a recent scene on his wife’s TLC show.

Caleb Willingham Confirmed to be on 1000-lb Sisters Season 4 with Tammy Slaton

If you’re an avid fan of Amy and Tammy Slaton, you might have seen the Season 4 promo video before this season even started. In those clips, Tammy says that she met someone in rehab and introduces Caleb Willingham to her family.

Then, during filming for 1000-lb Sisters, they had a wedding ceremony. However, Soap Dirt exclusively revealed that the wedding was not legally binding. Why? Because they obtained their marriage license after the fact.

They took out a marriage license in Sandusky County, Ohio, near Windsor Lane rehab. The probate court issued Tammy and Caleb Willingham a license on November 21, 2022. However, their ceremony took place the day before that on Sunday, November 20.

In Ohio, marriage licenses are valid for 60 days. So, Caleb and his 1000-lb Sisters fiancée had up until January 20, 2023. And they made it legal just days before it expired. Their legal wedding ceremony was on January 18, 2023.

Was That Caleb at the Pokeno Table on New TLC Episode?

Now, we’re seeing episodes that were filmed in 2022, prior to Tammy Slaton getting her weight loss surgery and marrying her soulmate. On the last episode, she was distraught because she’d put on 10 pounds and was getting further from her surgery goal.

But on the most recent 1000-lb Sisters, Tammy had one weigh-in where she was at 560. It’s very close to the goal Dr. Eric Smith set of 550 pounds. Then, when her sisters, Amanda Halterman and Misty Slaton came to visit, she did another weight check.

That time, Tammy was down to 534.7. She cleared her goal by an impressive 16 pounds! Dr. Smith cheered her results but reminded her she still had to get through her mandated therapy sessions. And she is not enjoying those at all.

Amanda and Misty stayed at a nearby hotel and then came back the next day to hang out with her. And Tammy Slaton took them to the common room at the rehab facility on 1000-lb Sisters. There, the three sisters and a couple of others played Pokeno.

If you’ve never played it, it’s a combination of Poker and Keno (that’s why the name Pokeno). It’s a combo of casino Keno and Poker, but also looks a lot like Bingo. There were two men seen at the table.

The guy at the end, they seemed to be avoiding getting shots of — so we wondered if that might be Caleb. You can see the 1000-lb Sisters screenshot above. But that’s not him because we spotted him behind Caleb in the Season 4 promo…

What’s interesting is that the other guy at the table was joking around with Amanda. And Tammy Slaton told him “don’t flirt with my sister”. But that guy definitely wasn’t her future husband.

However, in 1000-lb Sisters, Season 4 Episode 2 Can’t Have Cake and Eat it Too, Tammy passes by another patient in the rehab clinic. And the camera guys were careful to get him only from the back. See below.

You can see he’s the right build. And there’s an oxygen tank on the back of the chair. That’s important because Caleb also has a tracheostomy. That screenshot is above. And her husband often wears a hat.

But it’s pretty hard to tell if that’s Caleb Willingham or not. But he will definitely be on this season, as you can see in the video below. You can see Tammy Slaton’s husband at the 55-second mark.
