‘Sister Wives’: Robyn Coddles Kody Brown and Slams Co-Wives for His Troubles
Sister Wives star Robyn Brown blames Kody Brown‘s other three wives for the family turmoil while painting her husband as a man doing his best. On the upcoming episode this Sunday night, Robyn lays it out for viewers. She says that three of the wives won’t follow Kody’s guidelines for staying safe during the pandemic. Then, she reveals she’s a wife who adheres to his wishes.
Sister Wives: It’s Robyn Brown’s Turn to Defend Kody Brown
In the next new TLC episode, Robyn Brown comes out swinging and blames the family’s fragile state on her co-wives. She claims Kody Brown is having “one issue after another with them.” She means “them” as in the other Sister Wives.
The situation on Sister Wives seems to be at a point where it’s only Kody with Robyn most of the time. But Robyn claims this is only because she abides by Kody Brown’s wishes and his other spouses don’t.

She labels her fellow spouses as “the other wives” which sounds like she’s split them up in her mind. Robyn Brown describes the Sister Wives’ dynamics by suggesting the fault lies with the other three women in the family. This is because they “aren’t working with him” on the problems, according to Robyn.
But at least one other wife and an adult child open up to say they don’t buy it. Christine Brown sees Kody in a functional marriage only with Robyn. And she thinks his COVID policies facilitate him sticking with his fourth wife. Meanwhile, Gabriel Brown isn’t so sure these family laws are about COVID at all. He also believes Robyn — and not Kody — is making the rules that keep his dad at her place.
Kody Cries in New Episode
If you didn’t know anything about the Brown family, you’d probably feel sorry for this man crying over his family. That is until you hear that Kody no longer feels like the leader of some of the Sister Wives‘ households. Or that he says he doesn’t respect one of his wives and doesn’t feel any romance whatsoever with another.
But those who watch the show have a pretty good idea of how Kody operates. Since the Sister Wives first debuted on TLC, fans saw Kody as a man looking out for himself first.

Sister Wives: Does Robyn Wear the Boss Hat?
Viewers know that Robyn Brown tends to cry, but Kody does not. And usually, he comes to Robyn’s defense. But this time, it’s her turn to come to her husband’s aid.
The Robyn of prior seasons seems to be gone. Before, she’d sob and then blame all the Sister Wives discord on herself. It appears a new Robyn is in her place. This Mrs. Brown coddles a sad Kody — and steps into his shoes as well.

Suddenly it seems as if wife number four speaks for the family. Despite Robyn Brown being one of the Sister Wives for a decade, many still consider her the “new” wife. From the first time she showed up on the screen, some fans thought she’d break up the other marriages.
Through the years, some Sister Wives viewers were brutal in their criticism of Robyn. Some saw her as a homewrecker. Then, jump ahead 10 years and she’s with Kody the majority of the time and one of the other Sister Wives just left the marriage.
On the next Sister Wives episode on TLC, viewers may get a better idea of Christine’s experience with Kody Brown and last wife Robyn Brown in the now-fragmented family.
