‘Sister Wives’: Robyn Suggests Kody Showed Mercy by Romancing Co-Wives with Stretch Marks?
Sister Wives star Robyn Brown seemed to put Kody Brown on a pedestal for climbing into bed with his “overweight” wives and “overlooking” their stretch marks.
This latest blurb came from Robyn herself on TLC’s final One-on-One episode of the last season. It sounded as if Kody’s youngest wife sees this as a sacrifice on her husband’s part. But for the viewers, it seems that many found her pride over this deed “just sickening”.

Fans say Robyn Brown was the thinnest of all Kody’s wives for many years. So, it looks like she’s taking the stand that Kody overlooked his first three wives in various stages of weight gain to keep them happy.
But when she mentioned the stretch marks, that seemed to hit an extremely sensitive chord with Sister Wives fans. Viewers were quick to comment on how those stretch marks come from the many births of Kody Brown’s children.
For some fans, it was like Robyn talked about weight gain and stretch marks as if they were some type of impediment. But it also seemed to fans that she talked about the other three wives without including herself.
She didn’t seem to see herself as someone who gained weight at one time or another. She appeared to exclude herself as well from the stretch mark comment on the Sister Wives’ final One-on-One.

Robyn put this information out there to fans about Kody still romancing his wives after they gained weight or had stretch marks. So, what point did she expect to make with this reveal about the shared husband?
To fans, it sounded as if she attempted to show the good in him. It sounded as if she attempted to convey that despite not having a perfect body, Kody Brown overlooked this to romance his wives. But instead, it caused an uproar.

The way Robyn Brown presented it sounded to fans as if she herself saw this as a sacrifice from Kody. This went over like a lead balloon on social media.
Sister Wives: Kody Offered Mercy Intimacy?
Some fans took Robyn’s description of Kody romancing his overweight wives as an act of mercy on his part. This comes from the way the only remaining wife presented it.
But other fans think Robyn suggests that the other wives’ stretch marks and weight gain drove Kody into her arms. Some think Robyn never seemed to have to battle with weight. So, some fans suggested it seemed rather inconsiderate for her to bring this up.

Sister Wives fans also called out the youngest wife for body-shaming her ex-co-wives. To many of the viewers, it sounded like Robyn Brown put herself in a different category than Kody Brown’s other wives. But whatever the fourth wife tried to do, it came off as offensive to many of the viewers of the TLC show.
