‘Sister Wives’: Robyn Brown Asks Way Too Much in New Season
Sister Wives star Robyn Brown poked her head out as the new season nears and she’s already getting raked over the coals. The rest of the Brown family stayed in touch with the public via social media in between seasons.
But Robyn kept to herself. So, when she makes her first, however fleeting appearance, she’s picked apart. Still, many fans seem to think what she had to say seemed to invite friction. If that was her intention, then it’s safe to say she’s successful.
Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Vows to Do No Harm
One of the first things Robyn asks ahead of the new season is for people to believe her. She said she’d never do anything to harm this family. But actions speak louder than words for the Sister Wives fans.
Robyn joined a polygamous family, the one that sprouted the show Sister Wives. She claims she always wanted to be one of a few wives. She planned this during her first marriage. But after many years and three kids later, they never got to take on a second wife.
So, when Robyn Brown joined this family, she had a ready-made polygamous family. She became Sister Wives wife number four. But slowly and surely a wall started to build. That wall seems to now box her in with Kody and no one else.
Robyn Might Create This Herself
Robyn Brown may not be the driving force urging Kody to spend all his time with her. But from where many of the fans sit, she could have put a stop to his favoritism years ago.
That is if she didn’t want to harm the family as she said. Christine Brown said that Kody spends a good deal of his time with Robyn Brown. He also has a functional marriage with his fourth wife, which he doesn’t with Christine. She also shared that he cares more about Robyn than he does about her.
All of this put together caused Christine Brown to leave. So, while Robyn didn’t tell Kody to spend less time with the other wives, fans point out she didn’t stop it from happening.
Sister Wives: Asks Too Much?
The Sister Wives family starts to go downhill with one wife leaving on the new season. These scenes were from a while ago. So, fans know Christine is long gone from Flagstaff today.
Each wife has their say about this. But Robyn said that someone told her to stay out of it. But she never named who told her this.
With that said, this becomes confusing for fans. She also sounds like she wants to fix this fracture in the family. But she’s doing what she’s been asked to do instead, staying out of it.

So maybe Robyn Brown wouldn’t do anything to harm the family. But at the same time, it sounds like she won’t do anything to try and fix the situation. Despite learning she needs to stay out of it, by doing so could cause more harm to the Sister Wives’ family.
Wife number four seems like such a big influence on the wives’ shared husband. So, she should have some pull with him. So, fans wondered why she didn’t use that influence from the beginning. This way she could make sure each wife got equal time with their shared hubby.
So, when Robyn Brown asks the fans to believe her, fans find it hard. She says she won’t do anything to harm the family and she might not have deliberately created a situation where Kody Brown is all hers.
But she didn’t seem to put a stop to it either, which fans say seems well within her power to do so. The new season rolls out on Sunday, September 11, on TLC.
