‘Sister Wives’: Christine Brown Prepped for Spinoff?

Sister Wives celebrity Christine Brown is discussing her daily life now that she’s without co-wives and a shared husband. So far, there’s been plenty of requests from viewers who want to see TLC give Christine her own spin-off. So, maybe the network is exploring that option.

Sister Wives: Christine Brown Spinoff Ahead?

Out of all the Sister Wives, Christine Brown may be ideally suited for a spinoff series. Much like Kody Brown, his ex-wife tends to speak her mind. That lack of a filter offers great drama and that can make a reality show a success.

Christine Brown managed to drop a few jaws during the decade of the Sister Wives series. Probably more so than the rest of the spouses. So, her energy and antics could make her the perfect subject for her own reality show.

Sister Wives: Ysabel Brown

She’s not a strict mom plus Christine is present for her kids. Sister Wives scenes from inside her home demonstrate the free reign her kids have it seems. One example was when she encouraged her daughter, Ysabel Brown, to make a running jump for the Christmas tree, like Buddy did in the movie Elf.

Christine filmed her doing this and when Ysabel toppled over with the tree, she never stopped filming. Sometimes Kody’s ex is like a kid herself. All the Sister Wives children seem to love her – whether she gave birth to them or not. Christine did the majority of daycare for all the older Brown children growing up, as we’ve covered at Soap Dirt.

TLC’s Christine Has Great Kids to Feature

So, what could this mother of six kids offer in a series of her own? Her grown kids always got attention from the Sister Wives watchers. Now that she’s living in Utah, she’s closer to Mykelti Brown Padron and her husband, Tony Padron.

In April, they became the proud parents of Christine’s first biological grandchild. So, her granddaughter, Avalon Asa Padron, also lives nearby. And, her son-in-law, Tony might be fun if his mother-in-law gets a TLC series.

One of the most talked-about events from Sister Wives was the planning of Mykelti Brown’s wedding. Tony had no problem spending Kody’s money, requesting 4,000 tacos for the 400 guests he invited.

Sister Wives: Mykelti Brown Padron - Tony Padron

Another recent antic stunned fans as Tony threw knives at Mykelti to prove their trust. The couple later explained to outraged viewers that it was all a trick shot, and she was never in danger. Tony has a fun way about him that could appeal to potential viewers. So Mykelti, Tony, and baby Avalon make excellent additions to a Sister Wives follow-on series if TLC decides to go that way.

Every one of Christine’s kids would be of interest to the fans. Right now it’s just Truely Brown at home with her mom. The other kids are out of the house with marriages, college, and careers away from home.

Sister Wives: Moving On with A Man of Her Own?

Followers often express how they would love for Christine Brown to find a man that would be just hers. She has so much to offer, per the fans. They suggest that she deserves to be someone’s one and only. That’s if and when she moves on to a new relationship.

So, if she’s willing, a dating storyline would spark Sister Wives’ follower interest, no doubt. Recall, Christine grew up in a polygamous family. But she hasn’t said yet whether she would opt for another plural marriage.

But many fans believe the Christine Brown they watched on the Sister Wives show has enough of the polygamy lifestyle. When asked about her favorite things to do on a Sunday, she mentions a few things but not church.

Since she’s back in Utah, some assumed she would pick back up with the church. Since she hasn’t, some fans think this is a hint that this TLC star no is longer interested in living the lifestyle, as this was religion-based for her.

So, Christine dating could be a tremendous draw to a Sister Wives follow-up series. For now, you can catch Christine Brown while she was still with the family on Sister Wives Season 16. This new season rolls out Sunday night, November 21 on TLC.
