‘Sister Wives’: Christine Brown Needs Online Dating Advice – Calls it ‘Awkward’
Christine Brown of Sister Wives says she is finally dating again. This comes a little more than a year after she left her spiritual husband Kody Brown. However, she is slightly nervous about jumping back into the dating pool at 50. It has been a long time since she last dated, so she is taking her time. She is also asking for any advice and valuable tips to help ease her back into the swing of things.
Sister Wives: Christine Brown Needed Time to Adjust
Online dating is a brand new experience for Sister Wives’ ex Christine Brown. She says it has been well over 25 years since she last dated. Now that she is 50, many things have changed, and dating again feels scary and new.
When she first split from her ex-husband Kody Brown back in 2021, she was asked if she was interested in dating yet. Christine said she was ready for an occasional night out but not for anything serious. She still had a lot to adjust to in her new life.
Not only did she relocate to Utah, but she has also been working very hard on her health and self-care. She has been watching her diet, getting plenty of exercise, and learning to stand on her own two feet.
And she’s rocking a revenge body too! Now that she has that down, she is ready to explore the world of dating more.
Christine Begins Online Dating
When Christine Brown announced that she was ready to start dating again, she asked her Sister Wives followers if they had any helpful advice. It didn’t take long before they began to flood her comments with plenty of support and helpful suggestions for her to consider.
But most of all, they all wanted her to be herself and have fun. The reality television personality admits to feeling somewhat awkward.
However, her supporters believe she will be just fine once she also has the support of her family and friends. Her son Paedon Brown was one of the first to like her post. But she also knows that all her children are standing behind her and her former co-wife Janelle Brown.
How Will Kody Brown Handle His Sister Wives’ Ex Moving On?
There is one person who will likely not support Christine’s venture into the dating world. That is her Sister Wives ex-Kody Brown. He has not been very supportive of his ex’s new ventures.
As TLC viewers saw during the Season 17 Tell-All, Kody had nothing good to say about Christine. Many felt he was more or less putting out a public warning to anyone new who may come along.

However, during the TLC Tell-All, Christine said she would not let anything that Kody says or does get to her. She plans to live exactly how she wants and enjoy every minute. It should be interesting to see how her adventures in dating go for Christine Brown.
