Sarah from ‘The Challenge’ – Is This Her Week for Payback?

Sarah on The Challenge: USA was furious to find herself targeted again last week but then Sarah Lacina shocked everyone and bounced back, avoiding elimination. Is this her week to get payback on those that came at her on the CBS reality show?

Sarah on The Challenge: USA – Bitter Rivalries Intensify

Twice this season Survivor winner Sarah Lacina was sent to The Arena. Both times she came back victorious but angrier. In Season 1, Episode 5, she and Leo Temory (Amazing Race). They played against Azah Awasum (Big Brother) and Cinco Holland (Love Island).

Sarah’s enemy Tyson Apostol targeted her for the arena in that episode. She won and vowed payback. In Episode 9, Angela Rummons and Alyssa Lopez (both Big Brother) worked together to send Sarah to The Challenge arena.

Again, she won it, this time against Cashay (Love Island). Sarah continues to play an increasingly emotional game and her hot head might get the best of her.

Sarah Lacina Headed to Finals Filled with Rage on CBS Show

As every episode progresses, Sarah’s temper ratchets up a notch. But if not for the arena challenge, Sarah wouldn’t have the cash to run in the finals. But instead, she’s got a giant chip on her shoulder with lots of people in the house.

Is this anger clouding her judgment (and performance) heading into The Challenge finals? Last week, Sarah showed that she doesn’t grasp her spot in this game. She said Angela hasn’t proven herself (but she’s won three comps).

Meanwhile, Sarah Lacina’s bank was so low she was the only female without the cash to qualify for finals. Plus, she’d won no individual competitions until this last arena one. Yet she thinks she’s in a good position to win this.

After winning a pretty easy comp in the arena against a weaker competitor, Sarah crows that the others will be “scared sh**less” now. But that seems a dubious claim at best. Who do you think will win the inaugural season of The Challenge: USA?
