‘Return to Amish’: Mary & Rebecca Schmucker Shunned by Other Cast Members

Return to Amish: Mary Schmucker & Rebecca Schmucker Not in Contact with Others
Mary Schmucker is no longer a part of the reality television world, and neither is Rebecca Schmucker. The Return to Amish former cast members decided to leave the show a few seasons ago. However, their fellow castmates, Sabrina Burkholder and Jeremiah Raber, have chosen to continue to live their lives in front of the camera.
Many Return to Amish fans were curious to know if the TLC stars keep in touch with Sabrina Burkholder and Kate Stoltz. Rebecca Schmucker revealed that she doesn’t talk to either of the ladies. She said, “why would I?” She wasn’t on good terms with them when she left the show. Rebecca picks and chooses who she wants to be friends with, and it seems like Kate and Sabrina didn’t make her list of friends.

As for Mama Mary Schmucker, she also doesn’t talk to Sabrina Burkholder and Kate Stoltz. She finds it difficult to keep in contact with them. She felt that they would go home after filming and have their own lives. So, Mary has decided to keep her business life and home life separate.
Rebecca SchmuckerΒ feels the same way. She doesn’t see the need to hang out with her “co-workers” and become best friends with them.
Did Kate Stoltz Shun Mama Mary?
According to Mary Schmucker, she did try to keep in contact with Kate Stoltz. After the show finished, the Return to Amish alum gave Kate her number. However, Kate had never called Mary. So, Mary felt that she didn’t want to talk to her. Unfortunately, she had no way to get in contact with Kate.
Mama Mary Schmucker from Return to Amish also doesn’t want to force someone to talk to her. However, she said that the reason they don’t speak is not that she doesn’t like them. It’s actually the complete opposite. Mary does like the two ladies. There is just no communication between them.
Rebecca Schmucker agrees with her mother-in-law. She also blames their lack of communication on the fact that Kate Stoltz and Sabrina Burkholder don’t reach out to her. According to Rebecca, they don’t call her to see how she’s doing. However, she also says that even though they don’t talk, it doesn’t mean she doesn’t like them.
Return to Amish Celeb Speaks to Jeremiah Raber
Rebecca Schmucker may not keep in contact with Kate Stoltz or Sabrina Burkholder, but she does talk to one of her cast members. The only person she has kept in touch with is Jeremiah Raber. According to Rebecca, he makes an effort to call her and check in on the family. She feels that it is easy to talk to him.
While filming for the show, the Return to Amish TLC star was always closer to Jeremiah Raber than the other castmates. Rebecca Schmucker and Jeremiah would hang out off-camera. So, she felt that she was able to bond with him more. They also continued their friendship after work hours.
A few months ago, Rebecca Schmucker was reunited with Jeremiah Raber. He took a trip out to visit her and Abe Schmucker. Rebecca and her husband were glad to see Jeremiah since they don’t get to see each other often. However, knowing that Rebecca was close to Jeremiah, it must mean a lot to her when he stops by.
