Married at First Sight star Rachel Gordillo said she would leave her husband Jose San Miguel Jr if he lost his temper again. Lifetime expert Pastor Cal Roberson didn’t blame her, but she has her own set of problems too.

Rachel has renewed self-confidence after her weight loss and commitment to her health. She isn’t taking any funny business from anyone – not even her MAFS husband Jose. After he locked her out of the house and cussed her in their apartment, she told him what she would and would not take.

In fact, Rachel Gordillo told Pastor Cal she’d leave her husband if he ever locked her out again. She said, “If that happens again. Then. No.” as she shook her head decidedly. He seemed to agree with her, and Jose San Miguel Jr let her know he understood later when they spoke.

The couple is now talking openly with each other on Married at First Sight. And viewers think they might have a chance if Jose controls his temper. However, Jose San Miguel Jr has some worries also, as reported by Soap Dirt.

MAFS: Jose San Miguel Worries about His Wife Leaving

When Jose met with the experts, he said he worried about the way she handles conflict. Whenever they had the big blow-up fight, she went from loving him to instantly saying she wasn’t in love with him. She said, “I cannot be your wife anymore,” and that she would leave him.

When they spoke about their relationship on Married at First Sight, she admitted she was a runner. She said, “I used to be like ‘Nope. I’m out,'” and Jose San Miguel Jr wasn’t sure she changed her ways that much. The lack of trust in their relationship could be a big problem.

She says a lot of times that she won’t put up with certain things and that she will leave the relationship. However, after they made up from their fight, Rachel Gordillo said she felt more confident in their relationship. She said being able to work through issues makes her want to stay.

Even though people thought their relationship would fail, it looks like Jose San Miguel Jr made it work with Rachel Gordillo. He shared a photo of them at a baseball game and tried to make it look like it was from their one-month anniversary.

But her eyebrows were different, and his beard was shorter than it was at their one-month anniversary on Married at First Sight. Hopefully, they will continue to work on the issues in their marriage and stay together.
