Chris Williams told Paige Banks that he was still in love with his ex Mercedes Myrick. Even with that news and the baby on the way, Paige still wanted to work things out. She wanted the total Married at First Sight experience.
After Chris from Married at First Sight told Paige he wanted a divorce, he decided he wanted to get the two ladies together. Fans said it was a weird move, and many people couldn’t understand why Paige would do this. Viewers did think that Chris Williams wanted the two ladies to fight over him.
Recently, Chris and Mercedes were spotted on vacation together. But now it looks like they are trying to sweep it under the rug – or Mercedes Myrick might have broken it off. She said that people don’t know her life and they shouldn’t judge her.

One viewer said if Mercedes were 7 weeks along when she and Paige met that Mercedes and ex Chris would have had to get together five weeks prior. Other viewers don’t think they split in the first place and that they used the show for attention.
Married at First Sight watchers said they didn’t think Mercedes thought Chris would get into bed with Paige. After all, he did say at the beginning of the show that he would hold off. It’s likely he didn’t think Paige would kiss and tell.
Married at First Sight super fans say they think the pregnancy might have been a lie. And other people think Mercedes and Chris might have gone through a miscarriage. Whatever the case, they said they wish they would leave so fans can focus on the others.
