Finally watched #MAFS and my main take away this episode is that Johnny is flighty as hell. That would have me on edge. He also gaslit Bao. Not feeling him, currently. #MarriedAtFirstSight

MAFS 13: Bao Huong Hoang Feels Sparks
Married at First Sight wife Bao has been waiting to feel the sizzle with her husband. However, she has had a long-standing crush on him since college, so fans think some sparks were there. She thought he was a player back in college, and they went on a friend date, but he ghosted her.
After their talk about the hot bedroom time, she said she felt a lot better. She and her hubby had a difficult time connecting before that, but it was easy to see things were a little spicier. Even Johnny Lam from Married at First Sight admitted that things were going a lot better with his relationship.
Bao from Married at First Sight said things were taking a turn for the best, and they were both “really, really happy” after their night together. Both of them said there were a lot of fireworks and good things that went on. It doesn’t seem like they want to stop that part of the relationship at all.
Married at First Sight Houston: Johnny & Bao Make a Big Effort
The Married at First Sight Lifetime couple admitted that their feelings were growing for each other. Bao said she thought she was much more “in it” than Johnny was. He countered, saying, “Do you know my heart? Do you know everything I’m thinking?”
Bao Huong Hoang said she didn’t, and he told her to ask. After this conversation, they really started trying and wanted to make things work. Bao of Married at First Sight put a bar night together at the house. She even made sure to have darts there, which is one of her hubs’ favorites.
Johnny Lam from MAFS felt impressed that his wife remembered so many things he liked. As Soap Dirt reported before, he didn’t think Bao Huong Hoang could live in the moment, but he liked this side of her. But things started going downhill with his next big effort.
Painting a Beautiful Future in 2021
Johnny said he wanted to do something cool with Bao so they could create something together. He’d ghosted her over an art exhibit, so he decided he would try to make an art experience for them. They both had one side of a painting to do, and then they had to put them together.
Johnny Lam of Married at First Sight had a lot of fun. On the other hand, his wife worried because she messed up part of the painting. He said he couldn’t deal with her being so wound up, but he pushed through and tried to make them have fun – even if it was imperfect. With the new activities and experiences, maybe love is in the cards for them after all.
