Pastor Cal Roberson said they never match people for drama. In fact, the Married at First Sight expert acted upset over the fact that people would ever think that. Now with their newest matches, people think it’s more evident than ever.
Married at First Sight experts put some strange couples together. One of those couples was Brett and her new man Ryan Ignasiak who have very little in common. Brett is a little more on the edgy side of things, and Ryan is a country boy and not her type at all either.
They both said they weren’t what each other would expect the experts to put them together with. After Pastor Cal Roberson defended matching Chris Williams with Paige Banks, fans hoped this season would be better. However, it seems like season 13 will be even worse than the last one.

Dr. Viviana Coles Thinks the Couples Will Work
Married at First Sight star Dr. Viviana Coles felt a lot of excitement for the new couples. She said they always want to match the right people and make sure the people are happy. It doesn’t seem like that will happen this season.
Myrla Feria and her new guy Gil Cuero may be the worst match of the show. She is “high maintenance,” and he lives on a firefighter’s salary – which is way on the other end of the scale. Despite these major problems, Dr. Viviana felt hopeful that her hometown season would work out well.
Viewers of Married at First Sight said they think Gil might look hot with his wife Myrla, but they weren’t a good match. Most people think they will be hot at first, and then they will fizzle out pretty quickly. But the way it looks from the first meeting, they won’t even get to spark up at all.
Married at First Sight: Dr. Pepper Schwartz Sees Fireworks
Dr. Pepper Schwartz drew fire from Chris Williams last season by saying he faked who he was to the experts. Some people could see that, but after another messy matching session, people think the experts are getting sloppy. Or even worse – they really are matching for the drama.
Married at First Sight viewers say Dr. Pepper is one of their favorites, but even she’s suspect. She thought Zack Freeman and Michaela Clark would be a great match. The latest episode of the show has Michaela losing it on Zack and the crew.
Dr. Pepper Schwartz may see fireworks, but it isn’t the good kind. It seems like she truly tries to help people work through things, but the show continues to go down the train wreck route. The 3 year age gap between Michaela and her man Zack may have been a problem after all.

Married at First Sight viewers can’t pull their eyes away, but there’s bad news. None of the couples are together currently. Even the fan favorites of Johnny and sweet Bao are no longer together, according to MAFSfan.
Most people watching Married at First Sight thought they would make it if anyone was going to. Sadly, each of the couples decided to go their separate ways at some point. Jose seemed to be totally head over heels for Rachel – but that couple isn’t together either.
Now it’s just a matter of seeing how bad things get for the couples the experts matched.
