‘Married at First Sight’: Michaela Clark Embarks on Trek of a Lifetime
Married at First Sight saw Michaela Clark marry her groom, Zack Freeman, in the most recent episode of the Lifetime experiment. But before the ceremony, her sister surprised her with a token for her “something blue.” Michaela had the memory of her father with her as she walked down the aisle.

Married at First Sight bride Michaela Clark gathered with her sisters and mother before the wedding. Amidst jokes and memories, the women prepared for Michaela’s big day. But things got serious when her sister spoke of the wedding tradition of a bride wearing something blue for prosperity. She handed the bride-to-be a box.
Michaela Clark opened the box on Married at First Sight to find a replica Starship Enterprise in a light blue color. She broke into tears and quickly closed the lid. Michaela’s sister Ijalal said that their late father was a Star Trek fan. Now they are all Trekkies for life. All of the sisters had tears in their eyes as they spoke about their Dad. They agreed he was with them in spirit.
Michaela described her Dad as an amazing man, a hard worker, and a nerd. She said those are traits she’s looking for in her husband. She also said Dad was kind, open, and strong, and she hoped her new MAFS husband would keep her as safe as her Dad would. Michaela Clark looked up from the light blue replica Enterprise and said she gets to explore the beyond as her sisters cheered on Married at First Sight.
MAFS: Zack Freeman’s Vows Make an Impression
Michaela Clark said before the wedding, hoping to see the man of her dreams. She said she never considered a worst-case scenario, focusing instead on the possibilities of being Married at First Sight. Michaela said he wanted him, wanted to meet him and see who he is. And she hopes they’re compatible on the dance floor.
Once she reached the Married at First Sight altar, she commented that Zack Freeman is gorgeous, which he returned. But as Zack recited his vows from memory, Michaela Clark looked transfixed. Zack said in his vows that his new bride is the most courageous woman he’s ever met because she’s marrying a stranger on MAFS.

Moments after he finished, Michaela grabbed his hand and pretended to run off with him to the guests’ laughter. Michaela Clark read her vows to Zack Freeman on Married at First Sight, promising that their trek will be worth the endeavor. Her words seemed to honor her father, promising to have an open and safe place for them to build stability, thrive together, and grow in love.
Married at First Sight: A New Adventure Begins For Michaela & Zack
Michaela Clark said her MAFS husband is handsome, but she hopes her Daddy is looking down and sending her a sign that Zack is the right man for her. Zack Freeman told his family he thinks Michaela is gorgeous and he’s happy.
On Married at First Sight, Michaela’s sister told her that his family was supportive, which means everything in a marriage. Michaela Clark agreed, saying they support them as a couple, and they support Zack.
Having their families’ encouragement might help Michaela Clark and her new husband Zack Freeman “live long and prosper.” Both said they are looking for forever. In any case, they are the next couple Married at First Sight. How will they adjust to each other as the Lifetime experiment continues?
