Since Matt announced in May, the Roloff Farmland has remained for sale. Sons Zach Roloff and twin brother Jeremy Roloff each approached their dad with different offers to buy the property.

However, per Matt, both of the boy’s deals fell through. After four months on the market, the Little People Big World reality star feels close to closing in on the right deal.

Nothing is set in stone as of yet. However, Matt tells his social media followers that a couple of deals are in the works, and he feels pretty confident the sale will go through very soon.

What’s Next for TLC’s Roloff Family After Farm Sale?

The Little People Big World star reveals he is looking forward to finally having more free time and cash on hand to start living out his retirement.

However, he adds until it is signed and cash trades hands, nothing is a done deal. The father of four reveals a lot of tension and drama surrounding the sale. He states that initially, he hoped that his sons would come together to purchase the property jointly.

Matt feels that would have been the perfect solution for them. It would have kept the family-owned farm and instilled a legacy for generations.

However, he says the boys all have families of their own now and are moving on with other interests and investments. “Keeping that dream alive at this point in time was just not meant to be,” he says.

The LPBW patriarch appears anxious to make the deal and begin moving on with his life. As for Zach and Jeremy, they have each recently purchased new farms.

LPBW: Will Matt Reconnect with His Kids?

Once the property sells, fans wonder if Matt will make it a priority to reconnect with his children. He knows that right now, things are touchy between them.

It may take some time for the kids to come around and begin to heal from the family issues of the past, especially Jeremy and Zach, who have problems with their father and each other.

Many TLC fans of Little People, Big World say they would love to see them reconcile. They add they think it would be great to see them all, Matt, Caryn Chandler, Amy Roloff, and Chris Marek, as well as all four kids and their families filming for Season 24 and more.

However, most believe that getting them all together to film is doubtful. But for now, they say they will settle for a season minus the family turmoil.
