Life After Lockup cast member Tracie Wagaman is giving away some prison secrets to help fans get through quarantine. Most WEtv fans deal with some form of self-isolation with the current coronavirus threat. And, Tracie gave followers some helpful tips that she learned from lockdown while in the slammer.

Tracie Wagaman spent lots of time in jail over the years. She was in and out of the system for most of her life. And, during that time, she had to do a number of things to keep herself occupied. With everything going on right now relating to the coronavirus outbreak, Tracie shared some of her strategies with those that watch Life After Lockup.
Tracie Wagaman said there were times she was on lockdown. And, sometimes this included being in a single room for a month or more. Clint Brady’s estranged wife compared that experience to what a lot of people are going through now with self-isolation and quarantine.

Tracie Wagaman shared some helpful coping strategies with Life After Lockup followers to help them get through this difficult time. One of her top tips is to stay busy during lockdown. And, as a jailhouse veteran, Life After Lockup‘s Tracie Wagaman certainly knows a thing or two about passing time in the slammer.
Tracie Wagaman was in and out of jail long before she met groom Clint Brady. And, she was in and out a number of times since the first season of Love After Lockup. Tracie said she spent almost seven years behind bars in total. And, that’s a lot of time to pass.

With lots of businesses and other establishments shutting down, working remotely is now the go-to method for a lot of companies still operating. Tracie Isolating from Life After Lockup Spouse Clint Brady?
Many Life After Lockup fans keep their families close during this quarantine period. But, it seems Tracie Wagaman isolates herself from estranged husband Clint Brady. Clint currently lives in an Ohio apartment in Ohio that his mom Alice Brady co-signed for. And, it seems Tracie spends this quarantine period by herself, too.
Clint Brady said recently that he plans to divorce Tracie Wagaman. But, that might be on hold with everything happening right now. Interestingly, she doesn’t mention Clint at all in her latest video. In closing, she told followers to wash their hands and keep them clean. And, she said collectively, “we got this”.
