‘General Hospital’: Is Kim Nero Coming Back for Drew – Brings Son Andy to Port Charles?
General Hospital spoilers suspect Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) could resurface soon with a kid in tow. Now that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is set to return to Port Chuck soon, Kim might not be far behind, suggest ABC soap opera scoops.
General Hospital Spoilers: Will Kim Nero’s Return Rock Port Chuck?
GH spoilers ask if Kim Nero will pop back up in town again soon. Last we saw Kim, she lost her son Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) to cancer. Not long after, it appears she also lost her mind as well. General Hospital fans will recall that she was desperate to be a mom again. So, Kim drugged and took advantage of Oscar’s father, Drew Cain (then Billy Miller).

So, with Drew back on the canvas, it may only be a matter of time before we see her return. Plus, not long ago, the character was revisited briefly, even though she wasn’t on screen.
General Hospital viewers may recall that Julian Jerome (William deVry) stopped by Kim’s apartment on his way out of town. But then he was killed. And, this hints at her possible return, predict General Hospital spoilers. Plus, there’s a little one in the mix that demands answers.
Kim Shocks Her Ex with Kid on GH?
General Hospital spoilers know Kim Nero got her wish, and she now has a little boy. When Julian showed up to see her, she was at work at the time. But, she had a nanny who let him in and he wound up stunned. The nanny told Julian that Kim had a baby boy named Andrew, and she knew she was pregnant before she left Port Charles.
At the time, the woman mentioned that the baby was Julian’s. Of course, Kim wanted Drew to be the father and even named the boy after him. But, now that Julian is dead and Drew is back, it might come out that he is her baby-daddy after all – but not really. She might tell him that he is the bio-dad no matter what. She is a little obsessive where he’s concerned on General Hospital.
If it turns out that little Andy is not Julian’s offspring, it will be complicated, promise General Hospital spoilers. You may remember, around the time Kim got pregnant, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) had the other man’s memories and thought he was Drew. And he slept with Kim. So, this would technically make the little boy Franco’s child – but born from Kim and Drew’s imaginary relationship.
And of course, Franco is dead now. Once new-Drew escapes that prison and comes home, Kim may come for him. And she may admit to her ex that she has his son (sort of). And she may want to rekindle their old romance. However, things may get messy if Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) decides she wants her ex-husband back, tease General Hospital spoilers.
Tamara Braun Back or a Recast Ahead on General Hospital?
There’s a good chance Kim Nero could return to GH soon, but Tamara Braun may not reprise the role if they do bring back Kim. But, of course, it’s a possibility. Currently, Tamara is on Days of Our Lives as Ava Vitali. Now, she’s got a front burner storyline – also playing a woman who’s a little obsessive there…
However, it’s entirely possible that she could play both roles. General Hospital watchers may know that Wally Kurth plays Ned Quartermaine on GH. But he does double duty as Justin Kiriakis on Days too. So, Tamara could surely tackle both roles as well if the timing worked out.
However, General Hospital showrunners might also recast for convenience – or due to budget cuts. The powers that be may choose to bring Kim’s character back. But they might not have the opportunity to use a big name actress like Tamara. So, they could recast Kim just like they did other characters. Either way, Kim’s return would rock the canvas in a big way.
It would rock Drew’s world – particularly if she brings a little boy she claims is his. And several people may not be happy about her return. So, with Drew’s homecoming around the corner, we might just see Kim Nero in town once again to shake things up on the ABC soap opera.
