Rival Belle Black (Martha Madison) set up the devious plan with him to get Jan to confess to the murder of Charlie Dale (Mike Manning). After all, Jan framed Belle for the heinous crime.
Jan needs to get Belle away from Shawn one way or another. Every other plan of Jan’s on DOOL in the past failed. Those included building a custom cage and creating a bomb threat for the Last Blast reunion crew.
