Days of our Lives Early Weekly Update: Abe Carver Gets the Goods on TR Coates
DOOL sneak peeks suggest Abe Carver fishes for information about TR Coates. While Lani Price (Sal Stowers) gives her bio dad TR the benefit of the doubt, Abe still believes the movie producer is up to no good.
After all, he’s the man who abused Paulina Price (Jackee Harry). She was so scared of him that she gave Lani up for adoption to keep her away from her abusive, drug-addicted father. For the past several years, she believed Abe was her real dad.
Even though Abe Carver is not Lani’s biological father, the two still have a strong father-daughter bond. Abe rushed to Lani’s side when her husband was shot.
Little do they know, TR Coates is the one who shot Eli Grant (Lamon Archey). Eli knew TR was bad news. Days of our Lives Twitter recaps show the movie producer attacking the detective. TR grabbed Eli’s gun and shot him during the scuffle.
Now, Eli lies in a coma while Lani tries her best to keep it together for herself and their twins. However, Mayor Abe Carver continues the investigation where Eli left off.
Before that fated day in the park, the last person he talked to was TR’s ex-girlfriend, Beth (Donielle Artese). She told the detective that TR was still a violent druggie on DOOL.
Eli’s confrontation with TR has dire consequences and brings Lani and Valerie rushing to his side.

EJ DiMera Goes from Jailbird to Free Bird on DOOL Next Week
Days of our Lives spoilers indicate EJ DiMera may soon walk free from Statesville Prison. EJ was falsely accused of kidnapping his wife, Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney).
However, his attorney Belle Black (Martha Madison), knows he is innocent of taking her sister. She fights to free her client. DOOL updates report she receives the evidence needed to prove his innocence.
But it comes with a catch. The devil possessed the lawyer. No one but Johnny “JoDevil” DiMera (Carson Boatman) knows the timing was after the sentencing. However, Belle believes she sabotaged his trial.

Further, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) is the guilty one. He cooked the books at DiMera Enterprises to set up his rival. EJ’s brother Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) knows the truth.
Now, his guilt eats him up. He sneakily works with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) to get Belle the info she needs to free his brother EJ. The prisoner may soon taste freedom once again. But, at what cost? Viewers could find out next week.
Days of our Lives Next Week: Pregnancy Freaks out the Baby Daddy
DOOL weekly spoilers spill that Shawn Brady flips his lid when he learns Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) is pregnant with his love child. Months ago, the crazy criminal fooled Shawn into getting into bed with her.
His demonic mother-in-law rose Jan from a coma to do the devil’s dirty work. Posing as Belle, Jan seduced Shawn. But, her ruse was found out. She now sits in jail for killing a rapist and framing Belle for the deed.
Next week on Days of our Lives, Belle sees her adversary in prison. Boy, is she surprised by the prisoner’s claims? Is Jan pregnant with Shawn’s baby? After the shock wears off, he demands the truth. And so does Belle.
