‘Bold and the Beautiful’: Jack Gives His Family the Greatest Gift Ever? (VIDEO)

Bold and the Beautiful didn’t bring Jack Finnegan back just for him to decline an offer and then slither away after a quick clip on the CBS soap screen. Tons of hints dropped from the conversation he had with his nut job lover from the past. So, Sheila Carter supplied pieces to a puzzle as Jack’s facial grimaces indicated he was kicking himself for visiting this whacked-out woman on B&B.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Jack Finnegan Rises to the Occasion

Jack Finnegan (Ted King) turned out to be the much-anticipated mystery visitor for Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). She emailed him several times before he agreed to see her in prison.

He was a man of few words this week, but the words he managed to get out were filled with hatred. Although a few times it looked as if he fought back a creepy attraction toward Sheila on Bold and the Beautiful.

But the important piece to this scene is what we find out about Jack and Sheila’s backstory. This could open things up to a new twist in this storyline as B&B rolls out in the next few weeks.

B&B Spoilers: Sheila Spills the Goods on Jack

While this crazy woman spewed the hopes and dreams she has for herself and Jack, he had all he could do to listen to her cringe-worthy memories. Sheila recalls how much in love they were when they conceived their son.

She also described a scene with her holding their baby son on Bold and the Beautiful this week. While holding the newborn, she claims she was filled with hopes and dreams of a future together. She desperately wanted to be this guy’s wife, but he wouldn’t leave Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).

He eventually brought John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) home as a baby to Li. But with the ploy of adoption from unknown parents. It wasn’t until more recently that Li and Finn found out that Jack was the biological father and this evil woman was his birth mother. This left Jack estranged from his wife and son, where he still is today.

So, what hints surfaced in Sheila’s twisted walk down her Bold and the Beautiful version of memory lane? For one, she was desperate to get married.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Desperate Times Call for Desperate Measures

Decades ago, Sheila Carter was desperately in love with Jack Finnegan. She wanted him to leave his wife. But he wouldn’t. So she might have come up with a plan, to get him to divorce Li.

She recalled the scene in which she held their baby and discussed a possible future together. But it didn’t take long for him to shut her down on Bold and the Beautiful this week.

Now comes the question as to why she was she so eager decades ago to let her baby go. Not just that but why did she let this baby go home with Jack and be raised by him and Li Finnegan?

B&B Spoilers: Was Jack Part of a Crime Without Knowing It?

It could be Sheila needed to get rid of the evidence. She is a nurse and worked in hospitals throughout her life. So, this demented woman could have easily snatched a newborn after pretending a pregnancy for Jack Finnegan’s sake.

It’s an old ploy, a way to trick someone into marriage. Maybe not so much today, but during the Bold and the Beautiful timeline for this baby, it was more prevalent. It’s one way to coax someone into marriage who didn’t want to get hitched.

But when Jack wouldn’t budge back then, why didn’t she keep his baby? So if Finn was stolen as an infant, she wouldn’t want any evidence leading back to her as the person who kidnapped this newborn.

But by handing the infant over to her lover and his wife, she could have distanced herself from the crime if police came knocking. No, baby, no problem?

B&B Spoilers: Jack Figures It Out – Finn Is His Adopted Son

This week fans learned from the nine-toed criminal that Jack Finnegan is one of the most sought-after criminal defense attorneys in California. So, he likely ran into some dark underworld characters as clients.

Now that we know he’s a high-powered Bold and the Beautiful lawyer, things change. With his contacts, he’s in the perfect position to start an investigation.

So, maybe he had an inkling all along that something wasn’t aboveboard with Sheila claiming she gave birth to his child. This week on Bold and the Beautiful, Sheila talked about Jack seeing their baby for the first time.

But she never mentioned that he came to the hospital to see her. No, she just said remember when you came to see me for the first time after the baby was born. Then she went into her spiel about how she longed to be his wife.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Getting Rid of the Evidence

But instead of keeping that baby, Sheila could have given the baby to him so that he and his wife could adopt the child. So, was she trying to get rid of the evidence of her kidnapping crime by handing the baby over? This seems more like her character from what we’ve seen so far on Bold and the Beautiful.

If Jack fathered this baby, she’d be more likely to keep the child. This way she’d keep a hold on her lover. So maybe Sheila’s recollections from the past jar his memory about her being too eager for him to take the baby. So, could another hero be in the works for B&B? That is if he can prove that Finn wasn’t born to Sheila but kidnapped by her instead.

If this is the case, Jack Finnegan would give both Finn and Li the best gift ever. Plus, a new storyline about where Finn originally came from brings a lot of possibilities for even more drama. That’s if the CBS soap decides to go this way with Jack Finnegan. Hey, in the past babies have gone missing on B&B, so anything is possible.
