Ashland Locke’s Criminal Past Puts Wedding at Risk – ‘Young and the Restless’ Next Week
The Young and the Restless next week sees Ashland Locke‘s (Richard Burgi) criminal past unfolds in episodes October 4 – 8. This makes Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) call the wedding into question as her mom tells her to call things off. Also, recast Noah Newman returns to town.

Victoria and her fiance Ashland Locke are at odds now that he admits he faked his death to escape his shady past. It seems Ashland’s true identity, Bobby DeFranco, has ties to crime. Since Ashland stole a friend’s identity, that means his entire empire is built on false pretenses on Young and the Restless.
Spoilers see Victoria Newman shocked by Ashland Locke’s revelation. Then, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) insists Vikki call off the wedding with Ashland. Instead, Vikki’s more determined to commit to Ashland Locke. Young and the Restless scoops hint she thinks marrying him is the only way to protect their merged companies, which will be her legacy.

Noah Newman Recast – Rory Gibson Assumes the Role on Y&R Next Week
Noah shows up on Young and the Restless for the family weddings next week. Rory Gibson now portrays the legacy son. Robert Adamson was in the role until 2018. At that time, his relationship with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) ended. Tessa left him for his half-sister Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).
Rory is no stranger to acting. He has previously appeared on television on A Night to Regret and Twisted Twins. Rory has also appeared on the big screen in Severed Road and Grace. What Noah Newman will be up to on Young and the Restless remains to be seen. However, several fans have suggested that he romance Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope.)
Young and the Restless Next Week: Sally Schemes to Get Her Design on the Bride
Speaking of Sally Spectra, she is up to her old tricks the week of Oct 4. The dress she designed for Vikki is ready. Young and the Restless spoilers say it is breathtaking. Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) finds the gown stunning. So, this increases Sally’s determination.
However, she knows Victoria won’t willingly wear her design. So, the sneaky redhead comes up with a plan to get the dress to the bride on the sly. She hopes to keep her name out of it. Then Vikki will say yes to that dress on Young and the Restless.
Soon, Sally asks Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) if she can hitch a ride on the family jet on its way to Tuscany. However, the rest of the family is already in Italy for Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott‘s (Michael Mealor) nuptials. So, Adam will allow Sally to travel with him to Vikki and Ashland’s ceremony.
With all fuss about the wedding dress, it seems a sure bet that the redhead succeeds in her quest.
