Abby Newman Worries Dominic Has Cancer – ‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers
Last week Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) worried about Dominic Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) on Young and the Restless. Spoilers see his parents frantic when test results come back bad on the CBS soap.
Abby Newman’s Concern Grows as Dominic Chancellor Gets Sicker
Dominic begins to show signs that something is wrong. He is pale and sleeping too much. Abby Newman’s so concerned she cuts her time at Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) engagement party short.
The next day, she takes Dominic Chancellor to the pediatrician. The doctor runs blood tests and sends Dom home. Then, the doctor calls Abby and says the baby needs to be brought back in ASAP.

Dominic’s red blood cell count is low. He needs more tests to see if it’s something serious on Young and the Restless. Abby and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) call Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and share the news.
He arrives at their mansion, and they get more information about Dominic. The pediatrician wants a bone marrow aspiration as soon as possible. It looks like the baby’s really sick per Y&R Twitter spoilers.
Baby May Have Leukemia on Young and the Restless
The parents head to the hospital with Dominic in tow. Something could be seriously wrong with Dominic Chancellor. The bone marrow test usually helps diagnose leukemia.
So, the family worries as they await the test results. After everything they have been through, this could push Abby Newman and Chance over the edge. Is Dom’s condition dire on Young and the Restless?

Abby Newman was strong through her husband’s “death” and was instrumental in bringing him home. She even put her feelings aside when she allowed Devon to share custody of her son. Abby Newman puts her son’s needs first.
She has also single-handedly tried to help Chance overcome his trauma. However, this could be too much for the new parents to bear. Devon will once against be the pillar of strength to get through this latest crisis.
Y&R Updates: Fans Think Devon Is Not Dom’s Father
All signs indicate the family will face this health scare together. However, many fans think something sinister will emerge as more results are discovered. Speculation is running wild that Devon may not be the bio father of Dominic Chancellor.

A growing Young and the Restless theory involves Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan). May viewers think he switched out Devon’s sperm sample. In reality, this would make “Stitch” Dominic’s biological father.
Such a development would be huge on Y&R. He already tormented Abby Newman when he kidnapped Mariah. However, his actions make a lot of sense if he is the father of Abby’s baby.
Stitch may have tried to replace the child he and Abby lost during their marriage. He was desperate enough to do almost anything to win Abby Newman’s heart. However, such a twist seems unlikely.
