Young and the Restless Spoilers: Mariah Copeland’s Disappearance Raises Red Flag
Tessa Porter and others finally question what happened to Mariah Copeland. As far as they know, Mariah left town abruptly and didn’t tell Tessa or anyone of her plans. Then, she supposedly sent vague text messages to a few people. However, she hasn’t actually spoken to anyone in quite a while, per Young and the Restless recaps.
Recently, Tessa sent a text asking Mariah to send a sign if she was in trouble. But there was no answer. Even Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), who has downplayed her daughter’s absence, is now worried too. As Mariah Copeland’s due date nears, things are starting to get scary for the family and Tessa Porter’s not going to sit idly by anymore, say Young and the Restless spoilers.

The baby’s parents, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), know that their surrogate Mariah would not just disappear without word for so long. A dumbwaiter serves her meals. They include prenatal vitamins and a healthy variety of food. Young and the Restless news hint that they care about her and the unborn baby. That points to someone that is very interested in the fate of that child. That narrows the list of suspects that snatched Abby’s surrogate…
In coming days, Mariah Copeland misses an important doctor’s appointment. And then, Tessa Porter – and everyone else realizes something is truly wrong. Another text message comes “from” Mariah saying she can’t deal with seeing anyone right now. Then, she asserts that she won’t be back anytime soon, in Young and the Restless spoilers.
But Abby and Tessa know this is not like Mariah at all. A huge red flag is raised and everyone is concerned for her safety – Tessa Porter most of all. So, Tessa had enough of waiting. We’ll see on Young and the Restless that she stars a search. With the family’s support, Tessa takes off with few leads. But can Tessa find her and bring her home?

Mariah Copeland has not seen her captor’s face. The kidnapper has made a point to stay out of sight. The hostage-taker delivers her meals anonymously too. Young and the Restless updates hint that Mariah knows who nabbed her once she sees him. All signs indicate that Stitch is behind this plan. Ever since he arrived in town, he has behaved strangely.
He’s shown a more-than-normal interest in Mariah Copeland and the baby. And Ben Rayburn has a long history with Abby. She suffered a miscarriage during their marriage. So, he may have an obsession with the baby Mariah carries, hint Young and the Restless spoilers. If he has her, will Tessa Porter find her girlfriend before he does something to her?

There is speculation that Stitch may have substituted his sperm for Devon’s making him the biological father of the baby. That’s another reason he might have kidnapped poor Mariah Copeland. No matter why the perpetrator took her, Tessa Porter wants to find her and get her home.
