‘Young and the Restless’ Next Week: Victoria Tells Nick to Kick Rocks
Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 4 – 8 show that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) once again tells her brother, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), he is uninvited to her wedding. She does not want him to attend because of his investigation of Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) on the CBS soap opera. Also, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) stops Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in his tracks.
Young and the Restless News October 4 – 8: Victoria Newman Tells Nick to Stay Away
When Nick Newman returns from his fishing expedition in New Jersey, he immediately calls Ashland for a meeting. He is shocked when he arrives with Victoria Newman by his side. He demands to know the New Yorker’s connection to a dead man named Bobby DeFranco on Young and the Restless.
Ashland confessed that he is actually Bobby, as reported by Soap Dirt. He tells the story of a car accident he was in 40 years ago with his best friend, Ashland Locke. After the accident, he switched his wallet with Ashland’s and got out of the car just as it exploded. Young and the Restless updates show Bobby was presumed dead. So he assumed Ashland’s identity as he tells Victoria.
Victoria Newman is furious at this news. However, she directs her anger at her bro, not her fiancé. She told Nick in no uncertain terms to stop digging into Ash’s past. But he would not stop. In a rage, Victoria tells her brother not to bother coming to her wedding on Young and the Restless.
Next week spoilers show that when Nick Newman tries to discuss his big day with Victoria, she snaps. And, she again tells him he is no longer invited. Since he did not support the union, Victoria doesn’t want him there. Young and the Restless scoops show that Nick tries to argue he was looking out for her best interests, but Victoria will have none of it.
Victor Keeps Billy Abbott on His Toes – Y&R Next Week
Victor Newman remains one step ahead of Billy Boy. He interceded and paid Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) off before Billy could get the dirt on Ash. The patriarch continues to work to keep Billy Abbott from learning incriminating information about his daughter’s fiancé on Young and the Restless.
He has not seen Victoria this happy in a long time. Victor will do whatever it takes to make sure nothing destroys her joy. So as Billy thinks he is about to learn something damning, Victor stops him dead on Young and the Restless. With the wedding date fast approaching, Billy doesn’t have much time left.

Young and the Restless updates indicate that Billy won’t give up easily. And he has been on this trail non-stop. However, he simply can’t outsmart The Mustache. When Victor is in the game, he plays to win. So the Abbott heir will grow discouraged as he continues to hit a brick wall in his attempt to bring Ash down and stop Victoria Newman’s wedding.
