Unexpected: McKayla Adkins Get a Nose Job
McKayla Adkins switched up her appearance a few times over the years. The Unexpected former cast member would change her hairstyle and color often.
However, that stopped when she went to a hair salon to get her hair fixed. The hairstylist fried her hair, and she had no choice but to chop it all off. And since then, she has been keeping her hair natural.

McKayla has also made permanent changes to her appearance. She went under the knife two years ago and got a nose job. But it seems like the recovery process wasn’t easy.
She was in a lot of pain. The TLC celeb even recommended that people who deal with anxiety should avoid getting the surgery altogether. She felt it was mentally hard on her.
McKayla Adkins got a lot of backlash from Unexpected fans for getting a rhinoplasty. People felt her nose was fine before the surgery. However, she said that her nose was not straight and drooped on one side.
She also said a little square was at the end of her nose. But, after the nose job, she was happy with her new look. Yet, it looks like that feeling has worn off.
McKayla Talks Getting a Revision
McKayla Adkins recently revealed that she plans to get a revision on her nose. She shared a photoshopped picture of how she wants her nose to look. It seems like she wants the sides of her nostrils to be flatter. She also wants to change the tip of her nose slightly.
McKayla doesn’t plan on waiting long to get the revision surgery. The Unexpected reality star is calling her doctor as soon as possible to talk about getting the procedure.
She even wants to see if her doctor will let her share her experience with fans. She wants to be able to show the whole process to those who are curious about it.
McKayla will be seeing a doctor in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Ali Totonchi is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He even specializes in rhinoplasty. So, she will be in good hands when it comes to getting the nose that she wants.
Unexpected Celeb Not Against Plastic Surgery
McKayla Adkins has been open about her desire to get plastic surgery. Last year, she spoke about wanting to get a breast augmentation.
She felt that her chest had shrunk and that she couldn’t fit into any of her bras. However, she had no time to get sized for new ones. Instead, she thought about getting a bigger bust.
So, McKayla looked into getting surgery that would give her a bigger chest. The Unexpected young mother’s ideal size would be a “c cup.” But, she may have had second thoughts about it. She never went through with getting the surgery. And now, her focus is on re-doing her nose.
