‘Sister Wives’: Kody Brown Ashamed — Watches Clip Then Backpedals on Part 3?
Kody Brown hears a different take on Sister Wives: One on One Part 3 this week that seems to stun him. He has the look on his face of half embarrassment and half shame once seeing a clip of what seems to be Christine Brown.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Repents?
Kody Brown is annoyed a few times during the three One on One segments. But his tough demeanor seems to wane after Sukanya Krishnan has him watch a clip. It appears this clip is about Christine Brown.
Yet keep in mind how editing can do magical things. Of course, the previews are notorious for their editing. While it looks as if Kody responds to one thing, the clip might come from somewhere else altogether.
But for the sake of the previews, it appears that the Sister Wives patriarch looks stunned. Then he leads fans to believe that he has a moment of shame about Christine’s exit.
Ready, Set, Go — Kody Flings It Out There
While chatting with Sukanya in the One on One episodes, Kody Brown seems to have an answer for everything. But when it comes to the problems that face the Sister Wives he sees it as wives being non-compliant. All except for one that is.
Sukanya shows the spouses clips of scenes from the season and then they discuss them. This week, on One on One Part 3, Kody Brown watches a clip that stuns him. Again, editing could play a part in this but it looks like he sees a different side to the story, one he’s not heard before.
It sounds like Christine talks about life without intimacy. Then she declares this is not how she wants to live. In the preview, it shows only a quick look at this. So, what Kody Brown says next points to some new concerns. He says he wasn’t aware of what he just heard.
Sister Wives: He Wasn’t Aware?
So what was Kody in the dark about? From what he says on the preview, it sounds as if he hears Christien say something he’s unaware of before that moment. TLC Twitter promised the One on One would bring revelations.
Christine Brown left her Sister Wives’ marriage. But only after she heard Kody say he no longer wants intimacy with her. She made her exit thinking that this wasn’t temporary. The pain she shared on-screen had fans rally for her.

Kody’s take on this was a bit different. He didn’t seem to think that he says it was forever. He felt betrayed by Christine. She told the other wives that she planned to leave him. But he feels she should have had that talk with him.
So, while his other wives knew her plans, Kody didn’t and that is how he lays out the problem between them. He can’t be intimate with someone who betrays him.
When Sister Wives: One on One Part 3 rolls out Sunday night, viewers will see what it is Kody Brown was not aware of. Whether this changes things for him or not, only time will tell.
