‘Sister Wives: Janelle Takes Safeguards after Kody Showed up This Weekend (PICS)
Sister Wives star Kody Brown‘s new pic may have caused Janelle Brown to get proactive and protect her ex-husband going into a new season of the popular TLC series.
The father of 18 looks very different in his latest pic to hit online in a while. Maybe this is what his second wife saw as well and decided not to open a can of worms across social media.
Sister Wives: Janelle Brown Captures Kody Brown
It seems Janelle Brown captured a picture of Kody Brown over the weekend. No, he didn’t show up for an off-road RV adventure like Janelle and her daughter enjoyed last weekend. Considering she had that adventure with Christine Brown and her soon-to-be-husband, that would have been awkward.
But almost just as awkward is looking at Kody in a new pic online and Sister Wives fans not being able to comment. It seems Janelle’s baby is all grown up and graduated from high school this week. Savanah Brown, 18, is the only child left in her mom’s nest which once held six offspring.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. So, since Janelle Brown posted two pics from Savanah’s big day, these photos say a bunch of stuff. But fans can’t anything as they can’t comment on this particular post.
The first photo has Savanah with her mom and two brothers, Gabriel Brown and Garrison Brown. Plus there’s Gwendlyn Brown, who is Christine and Kody’s daughter, she is also in this pic at the graduation ceremony.
What You See and Don’t See Says A Lot About Kody
In the first picture posted, of Janelle and the kids, it’s easy to see the father of the Sister Wives clan is missing. It stands to reason that this might give fans the idea that Kody was a no-show. So, it looks like Janelle thought ahead.
She likely staved off all the Sister Wives dad-bashing comments by turning off the comments to this post. Janelle usually welcomes comments from the fans who follow her on social media. But it looks like that wasn’t the case this time.
You can’t leave a comment. So, it’s likely that Janelle looked far enough ahead to make sure a Sister Wives patriarch bashing didn’t start up. But there’s also another post with Kody Brown front and center. This also doesn’t take comments.
Sister Wives: Janelle Gets Proactive?
The second photo Janelle posted was of Kody and their daughter Savanah. She was in her graduation cap and gown. So, it looks like he did show up. But why can’t you post a comment on the one that he is in?
Check out how Kody looks in the latest photo that’s posted below. Papa Brown looks a bit different than he did when the last Sister Wives season ended. Even with his face sporting a grin from ear to ear, not a wrinkle pops up on his forehead.
So, maybe Janelle Brown wanted to nip disparaging comments before they started by not giving fans a place to put them. But the picture of the family should probably include Kody as well, but it didn’t.
There’s also likely a good explanation for that as well. Three of the four Sister Wives kids in that family photo have recently been vocal about their disappointments regarding their father.
Plus Kody kicked back a few comments about the kids who knocked him down a few notches in the fathering department. Chances are, some raw feelings still exist, which could make a family photo uncomfortable for those involved in the family feud.
Either way, it looks like Janelle Brown thought enough ahead to share these photos and not have them be about bashing Kody Brown.
Janelle Headed for Utah…
Janelle Brown might not have had Kody in mind when warding off comments. But maybe she did this for her daughter Savanah. After all, it was this Sister Wives daughter’s special day. So, she might have wanted these pics to stay about her daughter and nothing else.
Janelle Brown said they were headed to Utah for a big family celebration for Savanah. She also said this was different from previous graduations. It sounded like she might have been referring to those who might miss this party.
It’s likely she’s headed to Christine’s house. Since David Woolley lives there with Christine, it’s possible Kody and Robyn opted to remain behind. Or maybe they weren’t invited. But when the new Sister Wives season rolls out, a lot of these questions might get some answers as these scenarios could play out in a new episode of this TLC series.
