My Big Fat Fabulous Life: Whitney Thore Takes Glenn Thore to Aquarium

Whitney Thore has always had a close relationship with her parents, Babs and Glenn Thore. However, since her mother passed away last year, she has been spending more time with her father. He spent every moment with his wife. But, now that she’s gone, his daughter knew she had to keep him busy and active.

So, the My Big Fat Fabulous Life cast member works out with her father a few times a week. They like going to the swimming pool. He has even been enjoying water aerobics classes. However, jumping into the water isn’t the only thing the two do together.

Whitney and Glenn recently took a trip to the Georgia Aquarium. He was “thoroughly unenthusiastic” about going. However, she tells her father that the aquarium is the third largest in the world. It also has a whale shark that was shipped from Taiwan. The sea lions are even all rescues. And one of them still has bullet fragments in its body.

The TLC star loves that her father is “curious and inquisitive” about everything. He made sure that they saw every exhibit before leaving the aquarium.

Whitney Admires Glenn’s Lifestyle

Whitney also loves Glenn’s lifestyle. Her father tells her that he woke up for the first time in 50 years and put on the same clothes he wore the day before. She finds it funny because she and her dad live a completely different lifestyle when it comes to changing clothes.

The My Big Fat Fabulous Life reality star admits she will wear the same outfit at least six days a week. And she has no problem doing so.

My Big Fat Fabulous Life Celeb Feels Father Is Clueless

Glenn Thore tells Whitney Thore that every coffee shop has a place where you can add milk, cream, and other ingredients to the drink. However, he feels that none of these stations have a place where you can throw out the trash. He doesn’t understand why someone hasn’t come up with a station that has a trash bin for the garbage.

So, the My Big Fat Fabulous Life castmate was curious to know if anyone has been to a coffee shop with a trash bin connected to the station where you fix your coffee. He thinks that at least 100,000 people won’t find one.

Whitney then reveals that one of her favorite things about Glenn is that he gives statistics about topics he has no idea what he’s talking about. He will throw in percentages and averages even though he doesn’t know the subject.

Yet, the TLC star’s father feels that he actually knows what he’s talking about despite what his daughter thinks. However, she can’t help but laugh at her father’s comments.
