‘My Big Fat Fabulous Life’ Spoilers: Whitney Thore Launches BGDC Tour – Todd Not Thrilled

My Big Fat Fabulous Life spoilers show Whitney Thore empowering women with her Big Girls Dance Class tour. Whitney and dance partner Todd Beasley created BGDC for women to come together and feel comfortable in a judgement-free place. The class has gained success in their hometown of Greensboro, North Carolina.

However, Whitney is ready to take their class on the road and spread female empowerment all over the country. Will the Big Girls class find success on the road – – or will tour life prove to be too much for Whitney?

My Big Fat Fabulous Life – Whitney Thore Takes Big Girls Dance Class On Tour

In hopes to bring life back into her dance class, Whitney decided to go on tour. In the spoilers promo, the BGDC Tour begins. Whitney Thore admits that teaching the class in Greensboro didn’t excite her anymore. She wants to do something to add a little spark back into the class. That means going on the road so people outside of Greensboro can enjoy the experience.

Bringing the class on tour should get more people interested. By expanding outside her hometown, Whitney Thore hopes they can expand their business. She wants these types of dance classes to exist all over the country. The My Big Fat Fabulous Life star wants to offer women all over the country a chance to dance in a judgement-free zone.

Helping Women Everywhere Feel Better About Themselves

When Whitney Thore began the Big Girls class, she wanted to help women feel more comfortable in their own skin. She wants them to not be ashamed about their body type. Instead, Whitney hopes women can embrace who they are and their bodies. She is taking her passion for dance to make others feel great about themselves.

In the My Big Fat Fabulous Life promo, tour attendees state that they “love how she is empowering other big women”. By the looks on people’s faces it seems to be a positive atmosphere. The tour is perfect for women of all types to come together. It also a great chance for them to learn a dance routine at the same time they are learning to feel great about themselves.

This is one of my favorite photos of me from the last @nobsatsea cruise and I feel like a stone cold 🦊 in it. A lot of y’all agreed; a lot of y’all didn’t agree; and some of y’all tried to come for me with “Blah blah blah BUT…” comments. The goal is not to get everyone to think that you’re attractive (spoiler: they won’t.) It’s not even for everyone to think you’re cool, or smart, or respectable (spoiler: they won’t.) The goal IS for you to live the way you want confidently, and know that someone is looking, seeing themselves reflected in you and feeling hopeful. I love all of your compliments and I hate all of your insults, but either way, I’m just over here living my life and doing the best I can. The negative and the positive don’t change that, because I know who I am. I hope you do, too! • photo by @hopeleigh, comments by y’all.

Not Everyone Is On Board – Including Todd Beasley

From the very start, the My Big Fat Fabulous Life star’s dance partner Todd Beasley was not on board with the tour. He did not think it was a good idea. Earlier in the season, he expressed that he didn’t want to take Big Girls Dance Class on a tour.

Instead, Todd Beasley wanted to focus more on their local clientele before thinking about expanding. He isn’t sure that this expansion is what is best for the class. However, he is going along to support Whitney Thore.

But Todd Beasley isn’t the only one who isn’t a fan of taking the BGDC on tour. One My Big Fat Fabulous Life viewer believes that she is actually not helping women. One comment accused Whitney Thore of “mocking being fat and pretending that it’s awesome.” Some fans feel like Whitney doesn’t take her weight issue seriously.

Comments online suggest that she is trying to make being overweight cool. But Whitney Thore (and many of her fans) see it as creating a place where everyone can feel included. Watch Whitney Thore and Todd Beasley start their tour in the new episode on TLC.
