While the mother and daughter duo agreed to move back to their home state after losing, Dr. Nowzaradan wants them both to stay for skin removal surgery. However, his one condition about performing the operation is he wants both women to weigh under 200 pounds.

During the continuation of her weight loss plan, Charity from My 600-lb Life develops a drinking problem. Charly attempts to talk to her mother about her alcoholism, and how she needs to stop. But, Charly ends up moving away from her mom, because she realizes her mom isn’t going to change.
