‘Married at First Sight’: Zack & Bao Perfect Match or Rebound Flop?
Married at First Sight star Zack Freeman started dating Bao Huong Hoang, and it got a lot of attention – even before the end of season 13 of MAFS. Leaks confirmed they were a couple before they let the cat out of the bag on the Where Are They Now? episode, but some wonder if it is a good idea.
Married at First Sight: Bao & Zack Freeman Ready for Marriage
Zack said he wanted to be a husband for a long time. In fact, even after his relationship with Michaela Clark, he still hasn’t soured on the idea of marriage. He and Bao started hanging out, and on their first date on Married at First Sight he told her he still wanted to be married.
Married at First Sight fans had to do a doubletake. They said it sounded like Zack Freeman basically proposed to Bao Huong Hoang on their first date. Others have theories that they were dating even before the date on the Lifetime show.
Some fans said this relationship would end in disaster. However, it seems like they are still together. In fact, Zack was at Bao’s divorce party and in her family photos during the Thanksgiving holidays.
MAFS: Bao Hints about Relationship
Bao Huong Hoang seemed to hint about their relationship at the Married at First Sight reunion. When her ex Johnny Lam talked about a spouse swap, she suggested she and Zack Freeman might be a good match. She said, “I think that Zack and I wouldn’t make a bad match either.
Soap Dirt recalls another potential foreshadowing. Bao talked to her now-boyfriend about what Decision Day would mean to her. They went back and forth a little bit more than Married at First Sight viewers thought was normal – though it could be the editing.

Whatever the case, most people are very supportive of it. One person that doesn’t like the post-Married at First Sight relationship is Michaela Clark, Zack’s ex from the show. It doesn’t seem like Bao or Zack Freeman cares about her opinion, though.
Married at First Sight: Zack Thinks He’s Found a Better Fit
After everything that went on between Bao Huong Hoang and Johnny, Zack thought his new girlfriend handled things well. He didn’t like the way his ex flew off the handle, and he did like the way Bao calmly handled things.
Married at First Sight watchers said they thought this would have been a better match from the start. The experts didn’t get a chance to comment on this relationship while on the episode. But viewers aren’t sure what the experts would think about changing partners instead of staying committed to their marriage.
Whatever the case, fans said they couldn’t wait to see how the relationship between Zack Freeman and Bao Huong Hoang plays out. They both say they came into it with the same intentions, so viewers hope they are able to work toward a common goal together.
