‘Married at First Sight’: Alyssa Ellman Throws up Toxic Words Against Chris Collette
Alyssa Ellman didn’t look happy to wed Chris Collette on Married at First Sight. Lifetime fans wonder what happened and she finally gave them some hints.

Alyssa Ellman’s Relationship Toxic?
Alyssa got a lot of hate immediately after her MAFS wedding with Chris. Some people think it could be editing that made her look so mean. But not everyone agrees. In fact, the officiant that married her and Chris Collette called her “cold-hearted.”
But when his bride was on Married at First Sight: After Party on Lifetime, it all came bubbling up. The new host, Keisha Knight Pulliam, pressed her on her issues with Chris Collette.
Alyssa kept dodging questions and wouldn’t give deep answers. But Keisha called her on it. Jamie Otis once hosted a similar show, MAFS Unfiltered. But the Keisha-hosted After Party replaced the prior show.
Alyssa Ellman said she was in a toxic relationship before. And that Chris’ friends made her worry he might be toxic too. She claimed that is why she wanted to take things slow and not stay with him on their wedding night.
MAFS: Chris Says She Never Tried
During the honeymoon, Chris Collette claimed Alyssa never tried. He told her he thought she was at “a zero” as soon as they met. But she said that wasn’t the case and stormed out. She said that she wouldn’t film Married at First Sight with him.
She accused him of calling her a liar and said she didn’t want to deal with it anymore. The aired footage showed her asking if he thinks she’s lying and him saying yes. But not him calling her a liar…

Fans also noticed she wanted to hang out near Olajuwon Dickerson and Michael Morency. Before the wedding, Alyssa Ellman said, “I hope he’s hot.” So, viewers thought a muscular guy was what she really wanted. Whatever the case, most felt bad for Chris.
Alyssa Cast as Married at First Sight Season 14 Villain?
Alyssa Ellman started to notice she looked like a villain. She started dabbing tears from her eyes on After Party. Not long after, she got out of her chair and walked out. Alyssa said, “I’m leaving this conversation,” and took her microphone off.
Sitting beside her, Olajuwon quipped that it was “all bullsh**” after she walked out. His take was that she never gave Chris Collette a chance. Some said they wished Lifetime would kick Alyssa Ellman off the show.
But others said she’s good for the drama, so they would let her stay. The fact is, filming wrapped long ago, so there’s no way to kick her off anyway. And no way would Lifetime miss airing their fights and drama…
