He knows many fans do not agree with his recent decisions regarding the farm. However, he says it is his decision to make, and things are not always as they appear.
Little People Big World: Matt Roloff Shuts Down Nasty Fans
Matt Roloff knows he did not win any popularity votes during Season 23 of Little People Big World. It was just the opposite. Matt took a lot of verbal abuse during the season after the decision to sell the farm was announced.
And because his older sons, Zach Roloff and Jeremy Roloff, offers to buy the farm fell through, it caused a lot of turmoil among the family.
During his recent Instagram post, he shares details about pumpkin season with his fans. However, some of his followers took the opportunity to slam the father of four with some pretty bold comments. One fan wrote, “Too bad you didn’t leave that legacy to your kids.”
The Little People Big World star quickly fired back at the harsh remark, writing, “I am. But do you watch too much television and don’t understand real life? Please think more critically.”
Numerous comments flooded his page, saying it is sad and not the same without the children and grandchildren. Roloff again replied, “Wait. What? Do the other kids not count? You watch too much TV.”
LPBW: Is Matt Trying to Tell Viewers Something?
The Little People Big World star’s response to the fan comments have left some wondering if he is trying to tell his followers something. He refers to them as watching ‘too much television a few times. Is this hinting that the Season 23 family drama was staged for TV?
Could TLC have edited and staged many of the family’s communications last season to increase ratings? This is not a confirmation and is purely fan speculation. However, if so, this is not the first time this type of accusation has been made about one of the network’s shows.
Last May, the Welcome to Plathville stars released a statement calling out falsehoods during the Season 4 finale. They stated that false statements were made about Kim Plath during the finale.
They also say they are not in control of how the network edits. However, they agree they are all upset because the editing led fans to believe untruths about their mom, who did not get a chance to share her side. Could Little People Big World‘s Matt Roloff be hinting at the same?
TLC Remains Quiet on Season 24
So far, the TLC network remains hush on details regarding Season 24 of Little People Big World. However, a few hints from the Roloff family members reveal that Season 24 filming is underway. But so far, Matt and his ex-wife Amy Roloff have been the only ones to confirm that filming is underway.

LPBW‘s Amy Roloff previously revealed that she had been filming but could not reveal too many details. But Matt includes confirmation on Instagram. He wanted to ensure that those visiting the farm remembered to sign release forms at the gate.
TLC fans are happy to hear that Little People Big World will return for Season 24. However, they say they hope to see the Roloff family reunited and working through their issues. No one can say how it will all play out in the upcoming season, but viewers say they are holding on to the hope.
