‘Little People, Big World’: Does Matt Still Think Jacob Roloff is a ‘Sissy Man’?
Little People, Big World dad Matt Roloff had some issues with Jacob Roloff in the past but has his opinion changed? With a new pumpkin season ahead, the family patriarch needs help. And there’s only one son that seems willing to help despite their contentious past.
Matt Roloff Calls Jacob Roloff “Sissy Man” on Little People, Big World
If you’re a longtime watcher of LPBW, you know that Jacob Roloff can be a hothead. Back in the early seasons, when Matt was still married to Amy Roloff, their three boys routinely tormented each other — as brothers often do.
Once in Season 6, Jacob pummeled Jeremy Roloff repeatedly with a pillow until Jer told his twin Zach to “unleash”. Then, future wrestler Zach pounced on his younger brother on Little People, Big World.
By the time Amy pulled them apart, her youngest was throwing angry punches and enraged. While she told Zach it wasn’t necessary to tackle his brother, she also warned her youngest son that he had to quit starting trouble.
But in Season 4, it was their youngest starting things with his dad that triggered Matt Roloff to slam his youngest. He called him a “sissy man”. So, what triggered the name-calling on Little People, Big World?
Why Did His Dad Call him Pouty and Stubborn in LPBW Flashback?
In the scene shown below, Matt Roloff reported to his then-wife Amy about an incident with Jacob Roloff. He said his son “pulled this whole pouty thing”. As a punishment, he said he didn’t let him ride his bike.
So, on Little People, Big World, he said when they went to town, Jacob had to walk with no bicycle privileges. Matt next told Amy, “At least he took it like a man”. That sounds like a compliment, doesn’t it?

Except his dad didn’t stop there. He added, “Not like a man, like a little sissy man… a pouty little stubborn sissy man”. That was pretty harsh but no doubt, Matt’s opinion improved since then.
Especially now that Jacob Roloff’s the only son Matt Roloff’s got helping at the farm. Currently, Matt’s only help has been Jacob, his wife, and her family out at Roloff Farms…
