Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff had mutual friends set them up. They went on a blind date. She didn’t feel an instant connection during the date. However, he was consistent and pursued her for months.

The Little People, Big World reality stars started dating in 2012. And two years later, they became husband and wife. They had a beautiful wedding on the Roloff farm.

However, Audrey had broken up with Jeremy before they got engaged. She revealed they split up for about three months because she felt stressed and overwhelmed. Yet, she knew that it wasn’t the end of them. And she was right.

The TLC couple was reunited on her 21st birthday. They then got back together, and their love story continued. They eventually went on to have three kids.

Jeremy & Audrey Roloff’s New Home Holds Memories

Audrey and Jeremy recently bought a new home. However, a lot of work had to be done on the house. She feels that buying a “fixer-upper” has been stressful. But there is a good reason why the TLC pair purchased the home.

The Little People, Big World former cast members’ new home has a trestle bridge in their backyard where a train goes by. That trestle holds a special place in their relationship. It was where they became boyfriend and girlfriend. It is also where they got back together after their brief split.

That trestle is also where Jeremy asked Audrey to marry him nine years ago. She reveals that he asked her parents for permission first. Her parents weren’t living in the area at the time. However, they now live close by.

The TLC couple also threw over a pair of shoes. The shoes were hanging off the trestle. She says they were on a wire halfway up the trestle for ten years. But, she reveals that the shoes fell a year before they closed on their house.

Now this trestle is in their backyard for them to admire whenever they want. It’s a great reminder of how their relationship started and where they are today.

Little People, Big World Celeb Excited for Future

Audrey Roloff reveals that her and Jeremy Roloff’s book cover was also taken at the trestle. She explains that they had to ask for permission to shoot the cover.

The Little People, Big World celeb explains that when their house hit the market, she and Jeremy knew they had to go for it. She admits the “story was just too good.” Despite all the problems they have encountered with the home, she is glad the place is where she calls home.

Audrey finds it “crazy” how this trestle has “weaved” their story. She can’t wait to see what the next chapter of her life holds.
