‘Little People, Big World’: Amy Roloff Claps Back on Matt and Caryn Chandler
Little People, Big World spoilers show Matt Roloff and his girlfriend Caryn Chandler learn the news that Amy Roloff is now engaged. Amy’s long time boyfriend Chris Marek proposed on the couple’s third anniversary. So now word of Amy and Chris’ engagement and the future wedding is making its way through the family.
Obviously one of the Roloff kids shared the update with their dad. However, as we see in the newly released promo video, Matt Roloff and his girlfriend Caryn Chandler do not see eye to eye on Amy’s future plans and how they fit into them. Here’s a little of what we can expect to see this week on LPBW.
Little People, Big World Spoilers: Matt Roloff Congratulates Amy Roloff
Little People, Big World star Matt Roloff truly is happy for his ex-wife Amy Roloff. While at a family barbecue at their son Zach Roloff’s house the LPBW patriarch is very cordial and sincere when he offers his congratulations to Amy Roloff. The divorced couple has certainly found a way to peacefully coexist. This makes it much easier for their children and grandchildren.
Of course, there’s still some animosity between Amy Roloff and Caryn Chandler on Little People, Big World. After all, Amy Roloff is still coming to terms that Matt Roloff and Caryn Chandler were together before they ended their marriage. The two couples can be together at the same functions. However, they are not anywhere near ready to double date.
LBPW: Amy Roloff Tosses Shade At Caryn Chandler
Little People, Big World matriarch Amy Roloff pulls no punches when it comes to dealing with her ex-husband’s girlfriend. In the video clip below we see Caryn Chandler calling Amy over to congratulate her and see the ring. However, Amy Roloff takes the opportunity to toss shade at Caryn. When Caryn is congratulating her, she says to her “I’ll be sure not to invite you to the wedding”.
Matt Roloff immediately realizes his former wife saw the episode from last season of Little People, Big World where Caryn says she hopes not to be invited to Amy and Chris’s wedding. However, Matt Roloff doesn’t quite share her sentiments. He genuinely is happy for Amy. Plus he knows how important it is for them all to get along as their family continues to expand with the births of their grandchildren. Neither of the former spouses wants there to be awkwardness when the family gathers or for either couple to be excluded.
Little People, Big World: Matt Roloff Will Attend Amy’s Wedding – But Will Caryn?
Little People, Big World patriarch Matt Roloff confirms that he will attend his ex’s wedding if she decides to invite him. However his girlfriend Caryn Chandler is not quite onboard with that plan. So, Matt says he will work on getting her to come with him. Also, Caryn asks Matt if they’ll have to invite the Mareks when they get married. Of course, Matt says yes.
It’s clear that it’s not all water under the bridge when it comes to Caryn Chandler and Amy Roloff’s relationship. Even though Caryn says in the video that everything is bygones, you can tell from her body language and her eye rolls that she’s not genuinely sincere in her remarks.
